A couple of ways:
"If you're coming to Hartford to engage in prostitution, we're going to apprehend you," said Lt. Charles Cochran. "It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but we do conduct these operations. We do try to put a stop to improve the quality of life."
What a waste of resources. Our quality of life doesn't improve when LE goes on one of its crusades.
These stings always seem to involve a trap at an outcall location. I guess incall must be harder for LE to gang up on the girls. Sounds like incall's the smart way to go.
Oh, and it's just two months before the election. How about that! Quality of life my ass! More like kicking the least powerful as a way to get reelected. The girls in that video didn't look like high priced escorts that would easily afford this expense and just move on. I wonder how many girls on the financial edge get pushed into homelessness from the expense of a bust like this. The cops knew who they were targeting too because you heard them asking about the pictures. Nobody doing that should be congratulating themselves for their morality. Christians might ask whether Jesus would call the cops on Mary Magdalene.
Improve our quality of life! WTF! How about a sting on the drug dealers! Now, that would improve somebodies quality of life much better than a low priced prostitute, don't you think? Oh! Yeah, I forgot the girls don't have guns, it's such a safe bust, the drug dealers do! Way to dangerous for the "vice"squad to tackle. 12 cops to bust 6 girls and 1 guy. Whose quality of life does this improve. They just don't get it, bust some drug dealers, put your focus on that, Hartford Vice and NARCOTICS squad! Angry Taxpayers Unite!

Hi suit, Outcall is the safest (IMHO) if you get the room. Going to her home/room is a risk. They don't want to send a female vice cop into "your" place all by herself. Not to mention thet'd have to place an advert to get you to call them.
It really depends which side you're viewing this from, I think it's safer for a girl to do incalls, since LE would have to risk going there, and it's easier for a girl to talk themselves out of the accusation. It's better for guys to choose outcalls, because as Bud mentioned earlier they'd have to send a female vice to an unknown house.

Exactly, I was thinking of it from the providers' point of view. I was focused on the way they are targeted. I see the point about the guys' safety, though the stings aimed at guys seem to occur mostly on the street.
It's better for guys to choose outcalls, because as Bud mentioned earlier they'd have to send a female vice to an unknown house.
As I understand it, Bud's comments were about having a provider make an outcall to your notel room not to your house. While I agree that it may be the best scenario for avoiding an LE sting, it isn't the best scenario should you need to make a clean break from the provider. Having an outcall to your home is definitely a big no no. There are just so many things that could go wrong. And an outcall to your notel room is somewhat risky as well should the provider start freaking out and destroying stuff in the room.
The best way to avoid LE is to stick to well-reviewed providers and the least risky venue (at least for the hobbyist) is to have the provider supply the incall.
I surf CVmost days, like a lot of you. Usually there are two or three providers in the "online now" status. Sometimes as many as eight. Today were are over 30 at once. It looked like LA or Las Vegas. Are the ladies hard up for Christmas $$?

Overheard some talk the other day of the occasional Workin Girl strolling the aisles of the theater? I'm not sure if it's B. S. Or not. Anybody ever hear of anything like that?
From yesterday's Courant:
Sister: 'She Was A Delight'
By KATHLEEN MEGAN
HOMICIDE
When Danielle Pagano hears her young¬er sister, Jaclyn Fitzgerald, talked about as an 'exotic dancer, ' it disturbs her because there is so much more about her.
'She was just a delight and a doll and she was not by any means trashy or a working girl or anything like that, ' Pagano said Sunday. 'She just wanted a good life. She wanted to be happy. '
Fitzgerald was a high honors student at Daniel Hand High School in Madison, a cheerleader, and was hoping to make enough money to pay off her house and then go into early childhood education, her sister said.
For Pagano and her husband, Daniel, of Branford, the past few days have been a nightmare since Fitzgerald. 24, was re¬ported missing Thursday.
On Sunday, authorities confirmed that Fitzgerald was found dead in her home at 30 Namonee Trail in East Hampton on Friday. East Hampton Police Chief Matt Reimondo said Sunday, 'We do not have anyone in custody. We are tracking down the people of interest. '
Reimondo said that East Hampton and Newington police joined with the state police major crime squad in a search at Southfield Apartments in Newington on Saturday.
'We executed a search and seizure warrant at that apart¬ment complex in association with the case, ' Reimondo said Reimondo said two cars were seized at the Newington apartment complex. He said there is a 'person of interest' associated with the apartment and the vehicles.
'We won't comment on sus¬pects, ' Reimondo said. 'We have several leads we are following in regards to sus¬pects. '
Pagano said that Fitzger¬ald's twin sister, Lindsay, be¬came concerned Thursday morning when Fitzgerald did not call her as she said she would. The sisters were in very close touch, Pagano said. By the end of that day, police had been notified that Jaclyn was missing.
Pagano said that she and her husband had been worried about Jaclyn and didn't ap¬prove of her work, but under¬stood her need to make money. The sisters' mother died of cancer when Jaclyn was 15.
'She tried [dancing] a few times and saw that the money was good, ' Pagano said, 'and she knew she had to pay her bills. She didn't have any¬body. '
Said Daniel Pagano: 'She was just trying to get by in this tough life. '
At the Gold Club in Hartford where Fitzgerald danced on and off, Paul Genna, one of the owners, said of her: 'She stood out. She was the exception. '
'At that age, there's always drama in everybody's life, ' Genna said. '. They call in, 'I'm sick, ' 'I don't feel good, I just woke up. ' ' But Fitzgerald was never like that, Genna said. 'She always conducted herself in a very professional manner. She had her own home. She was very successful, she had her own vehicle. '
Pagano said her sister was generous with her earnings. Her husband said, 'Every time she came over, she had a gift. The whole house is rid¬dled with gifts. '
Reimondo said he does not expect an arrest within 24 hours. 'There is nothing I'm¬minent, within the next day or so. '
'Westill have a lotof work to do; the evidence has to get to the state lab, ' he said. 'We have a lot of old-fashioned police work. The police are conducting interviews. '
Reimondo said people in East Hampton and neighbor¬ing towns don't have anything to fear. 'We believe this is an isolated event, ' he said.
A spokesman for the medi¬cal examiner's office con¬firmed Sunday that the office is conducting an autopsy on Fitzgerald's body. Reimondo said the medical examiner could have a preliminary re¬port Monday.
Reimondo would not say much about the cause of death, preferring to wait until the medical examiner's report is released. 'We want to make sure we get it right, so it can't be disputed, ' he said. 'I will tell you this: It doesn't appear to be a gunshot. '
A friend of Fitzgerald's who would call herself only 'Piper' said she was 'the nicest girl you could ever meet. She was always there if you needed someone to talk to. She would listen. '
Piper said that Fitzgerald was always 'very smart about money, ' and saved enough to buy the house in East Hamp¬ton and was in the process of remodeling it.
'She just bought a new living room set, ' Piper said. 'She was investing in the future. '
When people hear the words 'exotic dancer, ' Piper said, 'they think either drug ad¬dicts or a single mother. She definitely did not fit that. It's just sometimes hard for people to realize that each of us is like a real genuine person. '
Whenever Fitzgerald was working, Piper said, 'It added a different vibe in the air because everybody really did love her. '
Fitzgerald's stage name fit her perfectly, she said. It was 'Harmony. '
Police ask that any informa¬tion or leads in the case be directed to the East Hampton Police Department at 860-267-9922.

The shitstain that killed that poor woman took a header off the 4th floor of the Mohegan Sun parking garage. At least it will give her family some closure and the taxpayers won't have to foot the bill to keep that waste of skin alive in prison.
I wasn't aware there was a "closure" event. I hate to use the term closure in that the pain is starting for her family and friends. But at least they don't have to relive it through a court trial. It's a shame that being in prison where a little undocumented justice could have been handed out. So sad.
