Then DHS started turning away girls after landing which probably discourages some to visit. Lastly, if they are pretty enough, there's enough of a market in Korea so why would they need to come all the way to the states at this point, especially with covid. ?

And every women was young and a bombshell now I see them and I go 3-5 times a week and if we get one young one she is ran through and quits. Talent has by far gone down.

They usually overstay their visas to earn a certain amount of money and then never come back.
The really young, hot, and talented ones don't even need to come over because they earn plenty of money in Korea or Japan to begin with. Most of these providers are considered over the hill in Asian countries or have a specific reason they're working in the States.
It was already difficult for them to just not get denied entry after the flight over, there's just additional factors now due to the pandemic.

Cream of the crop probably work locally (in Korea or Japan, or maybe travel to Dubai). Would be nice to win the lottery and take a field trip, see them in their natural habitat.

They call them "1%", as in looks, and almost all of them work in high end hostess bars or are "sponsored" in Korea. Basically sugar babies for the rich.
