That's the Mary Kate Kathy that's is in Northside. I've seen them both and they look similar from behind (Cece is shorter). Haven't been to northside in a few months but have seen cece in the past 2 weeks, she hasn't changed at all. I know someone had a problem with her a while back but I never have. Mary Kate Kathy always had the potential to be top notch but her environment held her back.
