So I decided to visit Pine last night. I decided I would spend the extra $$ to get quality service as my last couple of encounters sucked. Just my luck, I drew the older lady which is the only time I've had a bad massage at this place.

This time was much the same, below avg massage. I left disappointed.

Went to spring massage in Schaumburg this week no appointment just walked in. Lady at the front desk led me to a room after taking my .75 for an h of Swedish and ts. She'll be 'Barbie' for the next client, and 'Chanel' for the next. The reason they are doing this, I suspect, is to be able to identify their clients in case they are being reviewed on boards like this one. They will also remember your tipping history when you make an appointment to come back.
