Been since February since I hit my go to in The Burnie on the 2nd floor. Lately been tempted to use the condo / apartment service. Those have always been a roll of the dice. Haven't done those since 2014. Seem like that still the case. May take a shot and report back.

I have been using the one working out of an Apt for over two years now with mixed results. I have a new burner phone and reached out to them. They did not recognize the new number so I gave them the old one. She told me when I was there last. I was surprised to know they have kept very detailed information about clients. So if you're not using a burner think again. I am glad I do not park near the building, they made be recording plates.
