Monterey is the business community it's not set up for tourism. There's a little more of a scare for cartel, but I'm a protector, so really didn't bother me. And I have left a lot out, there are things about the situation that I would never disclose. Sorry it's taken me so long to do this review.
After the reviews I of course had to check this one out.
