It doesn't bother me as I'm not a habitual felon, drug dealer, or troublemaker in general. I'm sure you're not but if you are then yes I would avoid that area they want to catch you and probably will. That should deter the unsavory crowd from loitering a place of business one way or another which is a good thing.
But me I just drive to location where I'm invited, go into room, leave room, drive away. Nothing to see there. Boring.
