Upon your arrest, LEO (Po Po) asks for consent to search your phone. Being the dufus you are for getting caught up in a "john" sting, you give consent to have your phone searched. While searching your phone, Po Po comes across your search history on your phone and this website. Because you ARE a dufus, your phone automatically signs you into this website. Now, Po Po has your handle (or UserID). Po Po does a search for all of the posts you have made on this website and finds plenty. Now, your posts can be used as corroborating evidence that you engage in "john"-type (or moonger) activities, I. E. , dreams, fantasies, or whatever. The point is there is evidence against you that demonstrates you have accessed and participated in message boards on a website that is known for promoting, advocating, endorsing, espousing, etc. (Insert whichever transitive verb you want.) prostitution. Admittedly, you would need to be a TRUE dufus for this scenario to occur. The crazy thing is I am certain that this same scenario has occurred somewhere across this country.

At that point it would be texts as well, call logs, ect. They (cops) would be using the phone so the title more correctly could have been "never consent to searches" instead of the more inflamatory "a way your posts can be used against you."
