Saw a young blondish reddish long hair white female just north of Phillips Highway last night. Around the Scottish Inn area and around gas station near it. When I first saw her I had to find a place to turn around and when I did somebody else scooped her up about a minute later I seen her getting out of the car so I try to make another pass around and someone scooped in right in front of me and picked her up.
