I think the Understanding of a baseline rate that understood thru the industry and what the guys preach would be good. Don't know how effective that'd actually be, and how much that'd soak in. But at least something where if a gal is going to want more, it's not a "I Deserve" mentality but "Hey, I can get these rates, sooo. ," and understands YMMV depending on the day of the week or how the industry is doing during that time frame.
