As soon as the discussion of allowance comes up, I ask them to email me (or text / kik, if that's better). Besides, that lets you keep the conversation going even if premium time runs out.

In general, if it seems like they're a potential, it's worth moving the conversation off SA as fast as possible.

In my scenario though, it is from someone on there trying to do it intentionally. I received a message from them that then I progressed to chat with off site. Prior to that their language was heavy with the innuendo for a p2 p on the site. After not coming to an agreeable term as I'm not forking over 1 k per meet they filed the complaint. SA confirmed which user it was that did the complaint and sited the conversation as being inappropriate on the site. Afterwards I received a follow-up text saying to enjoy being banned.
