If you guys had a good meet you can kindly ask the girl to rate, and let her know you rated her already. Most don't mind.

Only time you'll get a rating back automatically is if a girl actively checks her network. Most of the time you'll probably have to leave them a friendly reminder asking for one, and if they don't normally give 2-min perhaps asking for it to be 2-min.

Its a hit or miss seems like if your lower lvl they don't make it a priority. Check compliance ratings also that usually mean they rate back. And there is no notification on new ratings issued. Ya it sucks but not much your able to do but see more ladies.
