They never let that Meet The Replacements unless it's a larger spa and there's some overlap. Most of the one girl Spas are run by experienced providers and don't need training.
And, even though the owner has their contact information they will never give it out. Spa girl anonymity. Just as we have our own network to talk about them they have their own network too.
So the new girl probably doesn't know anything about Lily. She could hear bits and pieces from the mongers as they come in and out and tell their stories and form an opinion that way.
Also too as a girl's reputation gets out there smile on your may decide to cut back after reading too many reviews and put in an old lady to slow down the talk. Lily was getting a lot of attention.
Sometimes a particular girl will take off for several weeks 4 months and then come back. So maybe there's still hope?

I drove down there after a couple good reports only to find this old lady was the only one there that day.
