I'm new here and wondering what all the harsh posts were about? Also wondering if anyone had any information about the Melrose group and where it went? A gal needs to know you know LOL. One more thing, I saw that someone posted about a new years eve party, anyone know anything about that as I would love to go to one.

Ok, so apparently my girl is finally hitting her sexual peak (took long enough), so she and I are gonna hit 15th this Saturday afternoon, even though we were more than a little disappointed with our first visit in October. We're gonna be bringing along a college buddy of mine who we both trust and have played with before (she says she wants to enter with a posse).

Yes, we know Saturday afternoon is hardly off the charts, activity-wise, but we're hoping to fulfill her fantasy of a MFM threesome in public. Our question is, considering that we all know most, if not all, single guys who go to 15th are hoping to get laid, is it really appropriate for us to want to go there just to be seen playing? Somehow, that kinda strikes me as a bit selfish, although I know we're paying just like everyone else.

Any advice is appreciated, and like before, I'll give the board a full report Monday morning.

First Off let me just say I have been to 15th Ave once and found it pretty cool. That was about a year ago when Avida started to attend regular nights. I have no real opinion of the place since but I think feel I should warn everyone of something I read on the Topix website.

it seems as though some local residents of Melrose Park are trying to get rid of 15th Ave. They have suggested some commando tatics such as photographing patrons entering and leaving the bookstore and even trying to sneak cameras into the place to photograph actions going on inside. The purpose of these pictures are to give to local and state politians in order to get the bookstore shut down. They also suggested cross checking faces with the Illinois sex offender data base in order to attempt to get the police to file charges against patrons. Apparently they attempted to obtain info on Wednesday night however we're unable to do so due to nothing going on according to one post. Their was a suggestion of going there on a friday or saturday night. They have also hinted they know when these "parties" will happen because they have had access to the Yahoo Group messages and quite possibly even here.

I would advise everyone to use caution and check your surroundings in and out of the bookstore as well as be aware inside of any cell phones or small cameras. You can find the posts if you do a search for topix melrose park IL. I'm going to try and post the link if Jackson will allow. The posts are under several topics you'll just have to search a little but they should be right at the top. Just thought I would look out for everyone. Maybe I can get senior status for it?

I went there a few times with a woman that wanted to play with just me. We played on the couch and in the seats. Guys just watched. She got a thrill out of being watched but not touched. Its up to you where these guys are going to be...how close they are to you....Most will respect your wishes

I think he reads the posts here and in the other groups and masterbates. Then he feels guilty and posts that other stuff. You notice he uses the same name (village idiot) or variations (village moron). He lives in Channahan, Joliet, Berkeley etc. I don't think he has ever been to the bookstore. He mentions one school (which I will not name) as being within legal (illegal? ) limits of the bookstore. He does not mention that there is a fenced rail line between the two. And even if you could cross the tracks the school is five blocks away.

Besides, I am sure the denizens of fifteenth ave. Are, in the overwhelming majority, there for consensual ADULT sex. If I were a parent, I would be more concerned about a guy who sits at his computer and pretends to be a bunch of different people. Finally. I think if there were a group in Melrose Park which was concerned about this matter, they would be meeting in person and speaking directly to the authorities. Not posting in a forum.

I guess that wasn't finally because I also want to say that I go to the bookstore frequently, and I have often left at the same time as others. I have never seen any one do other than drive directly to the Major street running east west and turn onto that street. No cruising on any residential streets.

I agree that most of those posts were probably by the same person. The douchebag raises a point that zoning prohibits this type of place within 1000 feet of a school. What concerns me is that IF Melrose is in 1000 feet of a school, and there ever is some sort of prostitution bust there, its a felony. (see my post regarding Suzi's arrest on the Waukegan board)

(ok, so you don't have to look for it, Suzi working at an AMP charged with prostiution, got upgraded to a felony because it was within 1000 feet of a school)

Distance is the only factor in court, a fenced rail line separating the two would not matter.

I think eventually (could be soon, could be years) police will try something at this place. (I think this about most adult businesses be it a AMP or a strip clubs) I think Melrose shut down One Step Beyond for a lot tamer stuff than what goes on at the bookstore, but OSB was directly across the street from a school.

What some people will do for their cause. The village idiot even mentioned drugs and under agers. He/she/it is trying every angle. My take, this fool is a pervert and most have gotten turned down one night at the playhouse and now will do anything to try and shut it down. Other than some swing clubs I have attended the playhouse is by far the classiest establishment in the u. S. What an ash hole.

I have a pretty good idea who it is, and its one of our own posters here :( He has several screen names for the yahoo groups and has been banned more than once.
