Haven't heard that before. I remember when New Orleans was the most corrupt in the country. They were planting drugs in cars they would stop on I-10 -- even in Mississsippi and Alabama. Those were bad days over there.

But didn't think that Hollywood was that bad. I do remember when they planted a gun a few years back on a suspect and also alot of them are exaggerating reports, but haven't heard of major wrongfull arrests or harrasments.

Last year the FBI arrested 4 cops working security for gangsters who were actually undercover. The chief resigned because the reports said they were after him.

Some of you already know the area but its in little havanna drove by there many times for work and see its a working area.

Ahhh....could you be alittle more precific? Maybe an intersection or a nearby shopping center or gas station whould be helpful. Little Havana pretty much runs from I-95 (SW 8th Ave.) on the East to Douglas Road (SW 37 Ave.) on the West and North / South from just South of Flagler to SW 16th St.

Pequina Habana used to have los of little nooks with activiity and so did the the Flagler area to the North, but that was more than a few years back.

The notels to the East towards the Brickell side seldom have any action because LE has a heavier presence now that there are so many condos in that neihborhood. Once and a while someone pops up along the Trail between the Carey and the Starlight, but the action is so hit and miss and the the quality is so poor that I wouldn't waste two cents on the gas.

Pretty much the same fror the notels in front of the Home Depot between SW 27th and 37th Aves and the ones West of Lejuene Rd. (SW 42nd St. - SW 47th St. & West of Red Rd.
