Another excellent point, one that newbies and seniors alike should [u]all[/u] follow. The TS seems to be vanishing from many Baltimore AMPs these days. But many still have showers. Don't be shy and ask for assistance either. And in any event, it is also a good idea to take a quick shower before you leave the house. Your provider will give you better service if you don't reek like funk and ass.
And always take the hour. If you don't have time/money, wait until you do. It's a more enjoyable experience. For more tips, I suggest that you read USTraveller's AMP Tips and Guidelines (see Post #1 in the Special Interests > Massages Board). His suggestion on showers and TS:

Used to be above "fair" some years ago.
Just there today and saw Connie who was at Hana for many years. She not gorgeous and not young but has incredible hands. Shower available and dry sauna, very firm mattress on floor, exceptional deep tissue massage. Very busy today. One happy client left as I was arriving, 2 were already in house, 2 arrived while I was in session, and another walked in as I was leaving. Saturday's might not be the optimal day to visit. I got standard R&T to finish, though exquisitely done. Gave. 6 tip. Connie suggested more mutual interaction might be available next time as mutual touching and DATY were not on the menu today. While I would have preferred a more sensual experience, I would go back just for the deep tissue massage. At ML with Uri or Yuri (sounded like Ew-ree) I had an hour that was 5 minutes TS, 15 minutes massage, 20 minutes sensual free=for-all and 5 minutes of clean-up. At JS I showered and sauna'ed myself and laid down patiently to wait while back-log of clients got processed. Then, she said, "as thanks for my patience", I got a full 60 minutes of incredible massage followed by 15 minutes of R&T and 10 minutes of clean-up. I'll go back to see if, on a less busy day, Connie might be more receptive to sensual interaction.
Went to JH on Thursday evening. Two attractive AMF working the floor. One short with reddish brown hair is a probably a 9. 5 the other taller and darker AMF an 8. Of course, I went with the short in stature, but high in looks reddish brown haired woman. Terrific smile and nice massage. CBJ. 8 more with house fee. Nice to have JH back in business again.

(That's about the only thing I miss.) Sometimes I read the Baltimore boards just to reminisce. Chambersburg is really off the beaten path for you Baltimongers, but if you ever get out around Hagerstown or Frederick, take the extra time to detour to Chambersburg. Friendly Evergreen Spa has been there for around 15 years, and except for some minor legal trouble a few years back is always open. It is in a safe suburban area and easy to find. An old mamasan and her yappy miniture white poodle have been running the show as long as I can remember. In all the years I used to visit I never had a bad experience and never left wanting more. They live up to their name, especially if they get to know you. Chambersburg is also about the only place left within two hours of Baltimore where you can still buy a home in a decent neighborhood for less than 200K. You just can't find a job there.

I really miss all those fine American MP's that used to be in every SC PA town from Carlisle to York to Harrsburg and Lancaster.
I would love to find a decent non-Asian MP.
TBC has nice quality but not always nice attitudes and too much $$$$ for hit or miss. They have proven themselves not worthy.

I'll be interested to see your report on the Wise Ave MP. I called there to see if it was American or Asian, to my suprise it was Ameraican but if I recall they wanted $$+. So im not sure if they are f/s or just another TBC. Either way I'll be looking forward to your post.

She owed everyone money, including me. I was a former customer and I performed work for her when she opened her Parkville location and was never paid for my company's work. If anyone finds her again, let me know. Would be nice to get some of my money back in "services" from her ladies again.

Drove around today to see where the MP on Wise ave was and according to the address, this looks like an abandonded store front. If there really is a MP operating out of this place then all I can say is that it is a crap hole. On my way home I noticed that Body and Souls welcome light was turned off and looked as though no business was taking place.
Drove by a week ago, and its bullshit, called the number and nothing, all I can say is that I was dissappointed that it didn't exist, so close to my house that is. Oh well Pine Tree from now on. Anybody think that was a front for LE. Its in a strip mall from the 40's and looks like its been abandonded for years.
