In light of the current situation here; this is the ultimate irony.
I was doing some reading and learned that the first city in the U.S. to legalize prostitution was: (drumroll...)
Nashville, Tennessee; in 1863.
Memphis was second.
The good ol' days are past an' gone.

Hard to get good swings in while you're mouth to mouth. If anything he should've been throwing body blows. Reading the reports I don't know whether to laugh or cringe. Just the mental picture of the whole scene is hilarious. Same time, I'm sure we've all bit our tongue before and know it hurts like hell. Now imagine someone else clamped down on that bad boy.

I was thinking of taking a trip there and was wondering how much money I would have to have for a good time?

Lots of guys seem to like the look of the girls there way better than me. I rate most of them pretty scruffy. One time in one, they lined up 11 girls, ten couldn't pay me to have sex, no. 11 was drop dead gorgeous (I took her).
Maybe the night shifts have better selection. I'm a bit scared to hang around these places after dark.
But I'm very picky. Most of the pics of women I see posted on this board I wouldn't touch. So what do I know. They have to knockouts generally for me to see anybody.
Atmosphere of some of the places a bit daunting. Razor wire fences, cameras, electronic gates like a penitentury. Girls are kind of prisoners in these places to while they are working (can't take them to dinner like an independent).
Cost last time I was in was still pretty much like an independent here around $300/ hour.
So I wouldn't got just to experience. Nashville got some gorgeous independents at about the same cost.

I've been to Vegas a few times and found the Vegas boards very helpful. Had a blond gem a couple of years ago at Excalibur where I was staying. She was a stripper from Minn. and beautiful. The legal places are found outside Las Vegas County and can be quite pricey. Good luck.

Nashville was occupied my the Union at the time. The legalization was set by the General in Command of the Union forces. This was done to check the women for diseases and prevent outbreaks of STDs (and therefore maintain a certain military readiness level.) It worked so well, Memphis followed suit.
It seems we are far more pragmatic when at war with ourselves than other times.
I just got back from Vegas. If you watch "Cathouse" on HBO on demand, you will note that prices ranging from $500 for 30 mins for f/s and up are not uncommon. Now, if money is no object for you, go for it.
Otherwise, you can hit one of the many many Vegas strip clubs and fairly easily get OTC service from a dancer for much less, and you get to sample the goods a bit on the inside. For now, Spearmint Rhino is the hotspot, over 200 girls easy, most are hot... no rejects. Olympic Gardens is also worth a look. Cheetah is good for OTC also, but the quality is not as good as it used to be.
The DL rule for OTC is let the dancer bring up the potential for OTC, not you. Do not proposition. Doing so usually ends badly one way or the other.
The best nights in Vegas for OTC action are Sun-Tues - slow nights. Also, older (over 25 w 5 years + dancing experience) are your best bets for quality OTC. I tend to avoid the younger gals in this regard.
