So no I didn't go see her and blocked her number and on sa, then get a random text from another number where she starts complaining about that and how she's a single mother and needs help and how dare I not show up and give her more than agreed. Didn't respond. Got an additional text 1-2 days later asking if I wanted to meet up.

I would pass if I were you.

When she didn't respond, I made other plans. She texted later that she overslept, whatever. But as others have said, she then keeps texting you wanting to meet up. She has a streetwalker feel to her, pass.
