In my experience, most start on pills then move to heroin due to the economics and availability. From there, when meth prices crashed a few years back most moved to meth-once again the economics of the situation and the fact that from what I am told, meth does away with the whole pill / heroin withdrawal thing. I dealt with dozens of girls mostly age 20 to 30. The drugs of choice are Heroin or meth. The drug use clouds their thinking and takes away all sense of time.
