Takes more work but once you know the system, you are golden. And I mean regular girls, not just P4 P girls. And yes, you can use SA there. If you care to. I don't.

Once you get to PHIL, there are less expensive hotels and you can eat for a reasonable price. But coming from US, hard to "cheap it".

I've had no problems using vanilla prepaid Visa cards for payment, if that's something that interests you.
