So there's still going to be a ton of traffic going back and forth between RI and MA, and it sounds like they're really not going to do anything about any of it (because how are they going to know where people are coming from or going to? I'm guessing maybe if you check into a hotel in one state and then show up in the other state a few days later, and it's somehow discovered by the state. You might run into some issues. I don't think short trips across the border are going to be a problem at all though.
