I mean try think how a police officer in court stating that a user by (Using mine for reference) DeadRater stated that he had sexual activities with you describing the action that took place. How would that be effective at all, for all in court would know it could have been the police who made that account and made some bullshit story.

So I highly doubt that anyone on this forum needs to worry about the HPD using our words. Don't let them take our freedom of speech.

Even if HPD went through the whole process of serving us through the Hague Conventions (Remember I'm in Argentina and the servers are in another country) and I decided, "ok, I fucking hate the DeadRater guy because, oh I don't know, he fucked my sister" and I WANTED to cooperate. And since every person has the right to face their accusers and nobody can prove who you are, nothing you write here can be used as evidence in somebody else's trial either.

I guess, if you drive around with this open on your phone and they get your phone, then maybe, MAYBE something could be done. That's easy to fix, just fucking log out when you aren't using it.

The other part about using what's written here to lead them to places is also ridiculous, cops know WAY more about what's going on in Honolulu than you know. When they want to bust places, they bust places simple as that.
