If so, which area are you referring to, Figueroa? That street is overrun with crackheads and zombies these days. Granted the LA scene was great back in the 90's to early 2000's, when Sunset and Hollywood Blvd was a goldmine of cute SW's but LAPD shut that down over a decade ago. The best thing about the LA scene these days is that Tijuana is just a two hour drive south.
