I have not posted in the Baltimore section but I thought I would share what I have learned over the last few months mongering in the Patapsco Avenue / Pontiac Avenue / Curtis Bay area.

Some generalizations based on my experience:

I was driving with Kiara and taking her home from going out and we saw one walking along GOV Richie Hwy and we where both shocked. This was fully out in the open and in the day time. I saw Tiffany around 8:30 this morning in front of Busy Bee. There were 3 police cars that had a black car pulled over. They had Tiffany standing on the sidewalk by the car, another guy standing nearby and some guy was up against the car being frisked.
