I remember Kapalua posted advice about paying the house fee. I think it was an issue on this forum at the time. Something to the effect of: if giving the ms a large bill (like 100) whereby you would get a lot of change, to say with a smile to the ms the payment amount and change expected so that there're no misunderstandings.

Myself, I'm not good at smiling and talking and only used to pay with three 20's or a fifty.

Haven't been "amping" much lately and also haven't been keeping up with the forum chatter. Thought I'd do my own research in person. I definitely wanted to find a nice young Korean girl.
