A buddy of mine tried out Energy Spa at 3:00 in the afternoon on Sunday. He did this based on previous reports about Ivy. So I had a chance to stop through recently and thought I'd share my thoughts as an out of towner. Taking an uber / lyft was pretty easy. If you want to be discreet enter Blue Ox Tavern.
