Indian Trail off of 85 around the hotels used to be cooking. Now it's more escort oriented, but the occasional walker is still out there. Be careful if you play here cause GCPD doesn't play. I almost guarantee though that there is some ass definitely being sold in the seedy hotels that we've got. Just look at the reviews for them on TripAdvisor. People see it going on.
Shallowford and Buford Hwy. area used to be good spot to pick up a diamond in the rough. Last time I passed through I think I spotted a known SW in the Exxon parking lot just doing her thing. Also saw an older BSW further down but she was geeked to the max. Too bad, looked to be a slim shapely ass on her that I wanted to break.
Cham-tuck used to be a good place too, but I haven't been there for a bit and I've seen little posted here about that neighborhood.
Plaster Rd where it meets 85 used to be a well hidden and good spot without much competition from mongers. I'd park in the lot by those shitty convenience stores and wait and watch. I think that they used to be open all night though and probably stopped since it's a perfect place to stage a quick getaway after a robbery. I had a nice mature Mexican lady that I did repeats with from there a few years back. It ain't far.
Almost forgot. There MAY be something developing in one area of Satellite Blvd. Not gonna say exactly where yet as an old friend of mine owns a store over there and he claims to have personally seen some activity going down. I won't post specifics until I scout it. Don't want to muddy the waters too much yet.
NOTE: none of these are guarantees and activity is sparse. In short, there are many other places that are better bets. The market in these areas is not what it once was. "If you build it, they will come".

Headed south from I20 and immediately saw LE by the strip clubs. Figured I'd head down a couple more blocks and double back on the side streets by the hotels. Until LE flashes the lights and pulls someone over right where I was going to turn. Figured it was time to leave then.
