For one thing they raided the same place two nights in a row. So if you think you can avoid a raid by going to a place that just got raided better think again. Another tactic that they are using is they are not charging the girls with prostitution but rather sexual molestation or harassment. The theory being that it will be easier to prove sexual harassment than prostitution. We will probably hear more about this as time goes on.
