I've wrestled with this thought many times usually after having seen someone that is clearly in the middle of a full-blown drug addiction. Usually brushing it off as, 'well, at least now they won't get sick'. I've long stopped seeing providers that I knew or suspected of addiction.

Very sad. She had been one of my atf since the basement days. Such a young and innocent thing back then. I could tell something was up the last couple times I saw her. She had some serious personal issues recently. RIP B. You will be missed.

There are plenty of 9-5 ers who have an addiction I don't think their employers feel guilty or culpable about enabling them. They come in do their job get paid. They may try to help them seek help. Unfortunately sometimes we do see the ugly side of that life.
When I was in Phoenix last time the girls wisdom teeth were bothering her so she rubbed some medication on her gums and lit up a crack pipe and then got down to business. I was naked on the bed and went through with the session. That was the second time first was Danny California crazy times.

The profession is for most not an aspiration but honestly a desperation. Pretty women of the low rent variety are predominantly desperate. Driven by the madness of the mental illness of addiction. Disabled really. Choosing a dangerous venue out of desperation for Revenue to feed the obsession of self destruction one hit at a time. This is why most providers in the low rent category are terrible. Terrible attitude, terrible appearance, terrible authenticity. This is the primary motivation and cause for the rip offs. I don't see these girls because I don't like supporting someone's drug habit, and because they're a type of provider that I don't enjoy being around.
Before I moved to Madison, there were always higher-end providers available with no obvious signs of drug addiction (unless you count smoking pot). Most of them had outside jobs and were providing sex on the side for additional spending money. You can more or less tell who has her act together and who doesn't. Just looking at the photos at STG (those that aren't obvious scams) makes it obvious that they do not. Which doesn't leave us with much of anything.

She did have some underlying health conditions (heart, liver, kidneys) and I have verified that with another member as well as another provider who knew her. Did she do drugs? I would say yes. But she actually seemed to be going down a better path in the past few months (since the BF was on a state vacay) and her skin was clearing up very nicely this winter. Maybe she was trying to clean herself up. Again, sad.
