There is no such Thing as a safe provider Just because they have matured and are more responsible will not make you safe. The 10 names that were posted I've never seen none of them. Mother Nature would not have knocked the door 20 minutes from the time we set an appointment. You must have already been aware of it or waiting for it. All you had to do was to inform me while setting up the appointment. Which you didn't. You could have texted me while I was on the way, or heck even when we exchanged pleasantries.
