2. 1 chew didn't do it for me, so I took another half. Ok results. For my case I probably need to use 2 chews per use.

3. I had a positive response with stimulation after 1/2 hour. But that is my experience with the pills, too.

RR.[/QUOTE]Have just started using bluechew haven't used anything else before so can't compare it to those. For me I notice stimulation after 30 minutes. I got it for times I going to get FS with a cover. One pill well get me one pop. If I want multiple pops I need to take 2. Yes they do stick to your teeth and got to wash down afterwards. First time the pill aftertaste was horrid. Think I got used to it.
