A few moments later I notice that she had exited his vehicle and resumed her course of travel toward my location. She approached my driver's window looking exasperated and asked if I could "give her a ride to the library". I inquired as to the location of said library and she claimed it was "over off MLK". Spidey senses were tingling at this point, but I figured it couldn't hurt to chat her up for a bit and see what the score was.

She hopped in at my agreement and I immediately sensed the coldness of her demeanor. I mean cold. Deadpan. No smiles. Very quiet. I commented on such and she replied that she was actually having a good day (again, no emotion or smile). I made random small talk as we headed south toward Hillsborough Ave, with little or no responses from her other than her name was "Kim". I managed to get out of her that she "lives with a friend off of Florida", had moved to Tampa from Winter Haven two years ago and is currently "looking for work and a roomate". A bit disoriented by this weird conversation, I asked what kind of work she did. Her response was: "Do you want to go get coffee or something? I want coffee. " At this point she abruptly asks if she can turn on the radio, which she then tunes in to a rap station at deafening volume. Not being a newbie to this and realizing that this was going nowhere, yet wanting to make sure I stay in full view of traffic and public in general to avoid anything crazy, I pulled off into a small shop's parking lot just south of Hillsborough on Neb.

The conversation then went like this (her in quotes):

"I don't want to go to the library anymore, can you take me to the gas station?

-No, I'm sorry. This is as far as I go.

"Can you give me a few dollars for coffee, then?

-Nope, sorry. I don't have anything on me.

"Are you a cop?

-No.

"So you're just a jerk?

-Silence.

At this point she grabs my nearly full 44 oz Polar Pop soda out of the center console with both hands and smashes it into me, soaking me, the car and herself. (I'm not kidding, you can't make this shit up.) She then exits the vehicle and begins to walk back North on Neb towards Hillsborough, leaving me there in stunned silence, dripping soda and ice cubes. For a moment, I simply laughed and thought "Okay". Then as rage built, I maneuvered my dripping wet, sticky self through traffic to follow her down Hillsborough. I caught up with her at Big Momma's BBQ and exited my vehicle. Making her think I was on the phone with police, I snapped a few quick shots of her for posterity as she broke into a jog across the busy street to disappear behind the Columbia motel.

I then called it a day.

It could have gone worse, I suppose. In the end, there was only injured pride and a mess that was easily enough cleaned up with a hot shower, laundry and a little upholstery cleaner.

Picked her up late last night, she smelled and looked Good as always. Took her to my safe spot got a nice BBBJCIM for a little over the street price. I didn't mind, she is above your average WSW, pulled her bitchy attitude on me (pay me more, I could have gotten so much more.). I just didn't react to any of that, she end up getting the job done. Dropped her off at her residence in nowatney. Will definitely repeat, she makes the whole experience a lot more interesting. And again to each it's own.

Hello all you perverts. Today I was driving near old hillb and spotted a tall slender gal early 20's. Eye contact, a beep and a wave, I made a uey to turn around and she hopped in.

I have been hobbying for a little while -I'm pretty good w seeing the signs. I have had ladies who have claimed not to be SW charm the python, and have met all kinds of ladies whom I did NOT want to dream with as well, but nothing like this. Things got kinda weird.

She said her name was April but she wants it to be shy anne. She asked me typical leading questions and and all over the place that I see now as prolly a bit paranoid. Etc. She was pretty, with short light hair, with the front died blue. About 5'7 or 8 with bright blue pants and a baret hat. Her teeth were pretty. I'd say about 23,120 lbs.

I have heard of SW in seffner along 92 and the little hood near the mobile but never encountered anyone. I met one in the outskirts of Plant city only once, ever, named Samantha.

Anyway, she was acting bizzare, like flipping thru my radio and turning it up real loud and then trying to shout over it. Seems like cracked behavior to me) she was mysterious in that she said she just got back in town last night, was working, but home now, but staying with friends, was real good at what she "does. ". (I counter with that's what everyone says) and that she's never seen Seffner so busy (its heavy traffic from about 5-7 pm, very frustrating drive) . By now I was at her destination. Didn't make and didn't close the deal- didn't even get there-She was hopping out and and I said hey, I have a few things I want to ask you about- I'd like to know you a little better, she said hey I'm not a prostitute, I know you think I am. She laughed about it and said she had to go that she had friend staying on that road. No digits. Never had a SW reject me but I guess it could happen, but that also seems unlikely the case because she said I was "gorgeous " and was feeling my muscles on my arms and looking at my body. I told her I just got off work and need a shower, at one point, but she said "believe me, its ok, your fine" So, I'm going to guess it was crack or meth paranoia, or that I didn't segway fast enough. There was s shadow of a doubt that she was a SW, but the stories about travel, work, her attire and names and tweeky behavior would make it seem likely, AND that she wanted me to drop her off on Mobile, basically the hood area there. Offered to smoke a joint but she said I do not smoke maryjane".

I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered her out there out of curiousity, the Tampa board pretty much focuses on the Nebrasky and Nawatney areas the most. But theres a lot of BP action in brandon so is it possible there are some pocket spots to consider? I have found them everywhere. Like I said, I have also found them to claim they are not SW and ten minutes later, I'm balls deep in thier throat.

This has been my least favorite report to make.

Did the 10:30 run. Saw one heavy WSW near Publix w a handler. Passed.
