I had an itch that I couldn't scratch. I started to drive to my normal stress relief place, but just wasn't feeling like the usual.

I started driving around areas recommended. As I was driving, I saw a nice bodied, but worn-faced girl walking with a backpack at the wee hours of the night and talking to a few cars at the gas station at Beach and University. I turned around, but lost her. Knowing the area a bit, I drove up University and saw her again. Stopped at a gas station, turned around and lost her again. Being persistent and curious, I followed University further and saw her walking on the bridge. I pulled into a neighborhood, turned around and waited for her at the stop sign. Asked her if she needed a ride. Her name was Sarah. She got in, I headed to where she instructed and the rest is history. No digits as I was nervous. Hoping to see her again some time.

Yesterday around 3:40, I was driving down PH around the PPH store and three WSW's were huddled together. One was Roni, a late 30's maybe 40's SW that always professionally dresses like she just left an office. She is very high priced for PH, but works hard for the money. The 2nd girls had a killer body as far as I could tell. Mini brown dress on, long blonde hair, everything was great except the face. Kinda rough. The third seemed a little heavy, but couldn't see her face or front profile.

By the time I I turned around and headed back, they were gone. They must have gone in the store, and I was late for an appointment, so I turned at left, but 3 at one time on PH is a record for me, like finding an Unicorn eating a four leaf clover LOL.

Hopefully others can have better luck finding them.

I did the west side stroll today around 5: PM Blonde spinner SW sighted at mini mart on lane and I 10 one block north of the Hess. She was acting wild and dancing in the parking lot. She looked ok but I passed. I didn't need the comotion. I toured 131st to California. I had no luck there. I looped back to Lane and Ramona. I found Sherri WSW 40 something. She travels in from Marietta in the evenings. Hardened face but not unattractive with a spinner type of body from too many drugs and too few meals. Offered BBBJ. 2. CFS offered for. 4. One hour. 5. Had a place in notell nearby. She is friendly and aims to please. She does smoke during session. I'm willing to exchange digits. PM me for details

Both of these cats are in a major city in the midwest, not here in JAX, but I really don't think the psychological make-up of an officer varies that much across the country, so it would seem to apply to JAX as well. One is a close relative, the other a friend I've known since grade school. I've ridden as a guest in their patrol car numerous times, and both, at one time or another, worked their city's equivalent of north Main, and both during 3rd shift. (Neither knows about my 'hobby', of course!) Both are adrenalin junkies, pure and simple, and when questioned, profess no real joy, pleasure, or even interest in harassing SWs and mongers.

Now don't get me wrong, they don't support our sport by any means, but both said remarkably the same to me one time when I gently probed their thoughts on the subject. In both instances, they said they'd MUCH rather be doing exactly what Ron, above, says they SHOULD do. That's chase the bad guys with guns. They told me they are occasionally forced by neighbors calling in to the police dispatcher to stop the overly eager P4P Worker out in the street, flashing and waving at every car driving by and making a spectacle. But they hate wasting time with that kind of crap and they actually enjoy running down pitch black alleys with guns drawn after a report of an armed break-in. I've seen them do exactly that a couple of times and I didn't even want to get out of the damned car!

So no, I'm not a defender of LEOs in general, and I've had my fair share of close calls and run-ins with 'Jacksonville's finest', and there are, no doubt, some very different ideas about prostitution within any group working men and women charged with protecting the streets of the city. But from my experiences and yes, limited research, running down the real criminals is what most of them seem to live for.

PH on wed night: There continues to be a high LEO presence in this area. Not good. LEO is traveling in packs of 2, one trails really far behind the other. The front one passes you and the back one tails behind. Noticed this happen 3 times. Spoke with a fellow monger to see if he had luck out there last night and he confirmed the same situation.

Lane: I tried Lane early last night (between 9-10). Didn't spot a soul which was wierd. Again. High LEO presence.

Mayport: Late last night (1-2 am) saw the same PREGO SW that I've reported on in the past. Didn't feel like re-visiting but that didn't matter because high UC LEO (white slickback) presence prevented that.

Timaquana / 103: no new data here. Haven't felt like venturing out this way. Any info will help.

Arlington / sin city is about all that is left and that's hit or miss. Lots of trial and error there. No real rhyme or reason in landmarks where I find SW's around there. SW's there are very few and far between.

Saw a WSW in her early 20's. Nice looking. Maybe a 6-7 on the standard scale. I was on my way to cocktails, gave me the look but I did not partake. Not my bag.

I rolled Main a little after 6 last night from US 1 to to the bridge (headed out of J-ville) in the big rig only saw one not much going on LEO wise either. I wasn't really looking for action just taking a stroll as time was limited, that area has been good in the past but in a big rig you kinda stand out which makes things a little more of a challenge.

Its been pretty dead lately I think its because heavy LEO presence and cold weather. Been hunting everyday for a week only found 1 regular that I usually see besides her I've seen a few worn SW. I've been hitting the Lenox area for awhile its starting to look like the NS (more leo then SW) even tried drifting over to Cali no luck. I might have to try to drum up some numbers in my phone which sucks, because we all know these can't keep a phone.

Gone are the days when you could drive around and Monger with a good consistent outcome.

SWs want access to their "friends" and "Mongers" but phones are fast becoming their only safe way to do that.

If you have ever bought them a cheap phone, they will usually figure out a way to contact you when they need another. Your monger friends with digits are your best friends. Or you could waste your gas and save your other money.

Either way it's your choices.

So about 3PM saw 3 different WSW from start of Phillips to University. Two were 7-8, but a younger looking blonde was easily a 4-5. I could not stop and partake due to company, but the leo presence was near university and phillips, not the end.

Lane on the west side has had three to four WSW working there every morning for the past two weeks! The typical times have been from 0545 to 0700, they tend to work close to the I10 over pass in that general area. If you are an early bird you can easily catch one.

As for looks I would have to say they only rate about 4 at worst and a 7 at best. Happy hunting men, stay vigilant for LEO when in that area.

I have been crusing the area around 6 Pm. I was told in my dream, there are a few that come in from out of town in the evening, meet up, and stay till the am, and then lesve town till the next evening. I have seen at least 2 to 3 WSW's in the area each evening. I also have been crusing Blanding and San Jaun. Have seen one by the Hess across from krystal. Have been down to 131st and Cali. Was going to stop for a strawberry blonde spinner type that I came up on from behind, but changed my mind when she turned around. Also did a drive by in the land of indians Wednesday. Spotted Alyssa talking with another older WSW. Got to say the pipe is talking its toll on Alyssa.

Just rolled though Phillips midday saw a WSW and a BSW. Didn't partake because of a prior engagement. Surprised after reading the reports on all the leo activity out there.

I have seen her walking north on the E side of the innersection of I10 and Lane. She dissapeared in the Notel across from the Hess. I have not seen her on Ramona. However, I did see something unusual last evening at the spot you spoke of. I was crusing the area around 6:30 PM. I saw the long haired brunette that I have seen there all week at this time. I parked across the street to do some recon. Within 5 minutes two cars a brown mid 90'ssedan and an old gray beater car pulled into the lot and came up behind her. Both men were too well dressed for the beater cars. One had a clip board began talking to her. This went on for about 5 minutes. One of the men was scanning the area. At that point I decided to move on. I left the area and did a long trip around the block. When I returned both the streetwalker and the 2 vehicles were gone. Is this a PoPo set up or an arrest? There were no Black SUV's as recently on this board. If PoPo is using beater vehicles this could be a new tactic. So as always be extra vigilant and stay safe out there.

Stopped by some of the local seedy strip clubs and saw about 3 BSW and 2 WSW strolling around on Mcduff just north of I-10. Not really a big fan of the SW's but one of the black ones looked like she had an insane body, otherwise it was kind of dark so I couldn't get a good look but they mainly seemed like SW scale 5's.

Met a very young WSW on north end of PH. She came down a side street as she saw me driving up. I asked "do you want a ride?" She said "only if you want a date." I passed and said sorry. The guy behind me picked her up and I looped around and followed. No blue and white lights at all when they arrived to their destination. I could kick myself for passing it up but her response to my question wasn't something I felt good about. Sometimes being careful can make you miss out on a lot of fun. Oh well. At least I'm not locked up.

I was out one night in an area that I frequent one night about a year ago. There was only one girl out that I had never seen before and she seemed like she was dressed a little too good. THEN. Wouldn't you know it, a marked cruiser comes FLYING into the apartment complex that I had pulled into to talk to her, but they jsut drove right passed me. She didn't flinch at all!

She asked ONE MORE TIME, and I said 'No thanks," and got the hell out of dodge. It could have ended very badly for me, so I have to say that you did the right thing. If nothing else, wait until they get into the vehicle with you. I can't imagine any police officer getting into the car with you. It's too much of a risk for such a petty crime. All you are going to get is some embarrassment and some fines and all they will get is a little misdemeanor. I would think that the way they look at it is,"The little bit of a charge that we'll get from him isn't worth having the decoy getting into the vehicle and potentially getting killed because they got into a car with a crazy person."

If they won't just get in and you can't control the situation, then just pass on it. Nothing is worse the hassle. If you are in that much of a need for it that night, then just go take some more out of the ATM and hit up a SC or BP. Don't risk it over a slip of the rules.

Just rolled Main from US1 down past the McD's that is now closed up. Counted 3 BSW's and two possible WSW's Uncle Leo and the roid rangers are out rolling back and forth but I didn't see them bother anyone *yet*

Two of the BSW's appeared pretty jacked up on something if I was in a good mood I might rate them a 3 or 4, the WSW's looked a little on the heavy side not 100% sure they were working though.

I was out for my usual stroll last Firday around 630 PM at ramona and lane. I have been looking for the hot blonde SW spotted in the area. There was uncle leo in his cruiser sitting in the office depot parking lot across from the notel hotel. I just kept on going. Went to 103rd and california. No luck there. Today I was out around 1 PM. There was a young Brunette with the Round white sun glasses walking north on lane just north of lenox. She was scopped up before I had a chance. I went back out around 5:30 pm. No activity noted. Went home sad. Lots of Leo activity around lane and I 10.
