A few days ago Coco gave me a 1/10 massage and a quick but very good HE. I gave her a .6 tip, which seemed high to me for a rushed 1/2 hour session without TS but she complained it was too little. No haircuts available, but they do manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, waxing, facials, etc.
I think those services are only available until 6PM, but could be wrong.

They were busted for the second time this year in June and LE kept the "therapists" for a prolonged period. I dont think anyone wants to be in there when the ax falls for the final time.

You should start by telling us about your 2 visits to Lily's, who did you see, what did you do, how much did you pay.
Follow that up with some more reviews of some other places, and then some reviews of some other places. After you have done this, perhaps someone could point you in the right direction.

I pay her for the time up front, 60 or $70 for the hour but I let her see that there are many more twenties. Enjoy the massage and tell her how she makes you feel good. Lilys does not offer FS.
I visited ML for the first recently. Of course I told them I had been there many times. The location is a little weird, lots of Hala places around it. I saw Luby (maybe she meant Ruby??). She looked really good, tight body, nice hooter, pretty face, looked in her 30s (probably 40s in reality). Anyway the TS was well done, and service provided was staple. She did complain a bit about my stamina and did not want to go back to CBJ after FS. I will not repeat with her, and it is doubtfull I will visit ML again.

Agree. As my old friend Connie from Hana [Sun Spa] advised me first time I saw her, you should tip at least the house fee.
Circumstances vary, but I have used that as a rule of thumb.

Be prepared to spend .7 +.8 for fs there. I never negotiate as a known regular but the fun begins in the basement TS with a nude mutual shower with a soapy slip and slide. Mamasan knowa what I want and instructs her girls to provide.. Always a good time.
