Made the loop and noticed a bigger W walking just west of Havana. Walked up to several car windows, chatted, and walked away. Didn't seem to be concerned with discretion at all. Shorts and unforgettable large breasts in a low top. Couldn't get a pic. Anyone see her? Seemed very LE. Be careful out there.
So I thought I would tap my local community for some help. I am in San Bernardino off and on for the next 3 months for work. The area has a pretty active track. I must say its like the wild west. The women are just standing on corners, in front of hotels with no regard for LE. The are dressed to the hilt and in Colorado we would think they are TGTBT. From what I am reading on their board LE does not have a huge presence but you have to take that with a grain of salt.
So here is the issue. I spent a long time on recon my first night I witnessed a smoking hot WSW maybe 18 standing in front of a hotel. As cars pulled over right on the main street she would either go talk through the window or hop in the car just to jump out 50 yards down. So it occurred to me they must be talking biz before either she gets in or shortly after. I witnessed similar behavior elsewhere on the track. Cars would just pull right up on a street, the SW would lean in and talk and either jump in or leave. So after watching I decided to try my luck with the normal process that I have not deviated from. Ask if they need a ride or let her just jump in without a word, leave the area, cop check and talk biz. I attempted four pickups and all ended the same. Rolled up, window down asked if they needed ride and they all said no I am looking for a date. Not one even tried to get in the car. Rolling around the corners did not offer any better outcome as they did not even move at times from their spot. I was able to overhear one SW talking through the window to a monger and you could here the biz talk.
Seems all the reading on their board eludes to similar tactics, just talk biz and then move out of the area. So I have no desire to use this technique, seems way way to risky. 22 Rules for Mongers must not have been on the reading list. So here is the big question. How can I mitigate my risk? What is the best technique to just get the girl in the car and away from area before talking biz. Its a hopping tracking and since I am going to be visiting on and off for awhile I want to be able to partake safely. Thanks guys all suggestions are welcome.

FWIW, in general, I think you're ABSOLUTELY on the right "track. " The rule of not discussing biz until they're in the car is solid and would've avoided tons of trouble for lots of people, had they followed it instead of thinking with the wrong head. I've had some GREAT sex. None of it was worth the risk you mention. If San B has gone to that I can only tell you to go to Pomona (or similar) instead until the culture of the gals changes (as it inevitably will.) That didn't USE to be the case there. Other mongers following those same rules and passing on something that adds too much exposure will expedite that change. (Just like the "no money up front" has dramatically improved the climate SOME places--not enough.).
I don't tell other people what to do. I, however, would follow your "training" and gut and NOT fall for it, even if all the other signs say "safe. " Just me (and my freedom!

You are doing the right thing and don't compromise. Look at it this way, imagine the positives of compromising and everything works out great. But how good could it really be? And now weight the consequence of it working out worst case scenario.

There was a very attractive slim young black girl in an ankle-length dress working the bus stop at Quebec across from the Burger King. Drove by twice and made eye contact. Pulled into BK lot and she walked over. Only to jump into a different SUV than mine. Too bad. Very hot. Seemed almost elegant. Never saw her again after she got scooped up around 9 pm. I will keep an eye out for her in the future.
At Xenia / E. Fax--in front of the Branding Iron Inn--was a skinny early 20's WSW with dirty blonde hair. She was wearing booty shorts and a white sports bra with bare midriff. She was gyrating wildly, spinning around a lot, and drawing a lot of attention to herself. I swung around but she was gone before I could make the uturn. Saw her several more times through the evening always drawing much attention to herself. For that reason, I decided to giver her a pass.
There was also a slender WSW working the auto parts store parking lot. Shoulder-length straight light brown hair, wearing jeans and a blue tank top. She waved at me. She was not as attractive as the elegant BSW or the gyrating blonde. I passed.
Rockies lost in 9 without scoring; like them, I headed home without scoring.

Just moved to Denver from MA. Man Colfax reminds me of DOT ave in Dorchester! Anyways, pulling blanks the past 3 times. Could really use a lifeline. Looking for someone easy who does a car dates. Strange, but I only do HJ so just looking for simple. One pre requisite is that I don't mess with the big girls.

Got in a very abbreviated coupla laps Monday. Picked up Shoshana at my least favorite place Verbena (Her skills remain above average "for the neighborhood. " She's currently staying out E of 225 (more on that later), no phone. Scooped he at about 0630 and then saw her by her motel about 1630. BTW, she's particularly found of simultaneous stim of both holes!! .
Lots of stuff out that didn't meet even my admittedly low standards. Only time for a couple of lunchtime laps on W and found absolutely nada out. Overall about "normal" on the Fax (meaning of course, anything BUT normal!: not the quantity or quality of past years, but almost always something out there. A bit less for the few minutes I had. My usual "go to" area near Carriage House was surprisingly dead.
Saw an interesting short, bit chunky blonde Latina walking W on S side around Dayton. Leather jacket open in front showing barely restrained huge boobs. Bordered on TGTBT, started to investigate, but disappeared very quickly. While, of course, she coulda been scooped while briefly out of my sight, upon reflection I suspect she was a civilian going into the Latinx "night club" there. She had walked past it, but I'm guessing doubled back. Just in case, keep your eyes open!
Now, for the most interesting observation (always: YMMV and FWIW! I've always known of intermittent action E. Of 225 on the and side, either side of McD's there. I KNOW I say three targets there at diff times (but didn't scoop.) Pretty much from the gas station at the NB entrance ramp up to and including the strip mall. Perhaps coincidentally, Shoshanna's staying jut north of the trailer park there. I'd recommend checking this area out and filing some intel reports so we can learn more about this. It's a new phenomenon to me to have this much activity there.

Iv'e always known that it FELT ho-ish, just never saw much quantity, reliability, or that I felt confident was working. Not so, this time. Could very much just be a "blip"; but I'm going back to investigate more closely next week.
I've also heard rumors of a bit of reincarnation on Federal. Since my last realy scouting trip there revealed a VERY convincing and dangerous sting operation, it left enough of a bad sub-conscious feel, I haven't been back much. Interested to know if anyone can confirm or deny.
