The clinical investigators are probably looking at Sildenafil's effect on blood flow through the lungs. With more blood flow, there might be an increased supply of oxygen to the body's cells. Unfortunately, I think that the oxygen is blocked because of inflammation / fluid in the lungs. The oxygen cannot get to the blood. This is conjecture, nobody knows the answer with certainty.

Avoid exposure to the virus, optimize your immune system, and reserve Vitamin V for when you need hard wood.

I have tried Viagra, Cialis, and pharmaceutical generic Cialis. All 3 have worked great, and from my experience, YES you should notice a difference in quickness to erection, and quality of erection.

I ordered $10 pills from the website HIMS (supposed to be the same active ingredient as Viagra) and didn't notice anything at all. Could be that it's a scam, or just too low a dosage.

I really wouldn't trust anything that didn't come from a pharmacy. There is an ad on the Roanoke STG for a supplier out of Canada that seems trustworthy. Other than him, I would not trust anything else through the mail, and certainly not Blue Chew.

Just tell your Primary care Dr. You need some. They may order up bloodwork to check your testosterone, but in my experience, they won't deny it. You may get either Viagra or Cialis depending on your heart condition, and what your insurance covers. PM me for any advice; I've been taking it for 15 years.

At first Viagra was a $15 copay for 9 pills. Years later my insurance changed away from co-pays and the price went up to about $50. Then right before the patent on Viagra was about to run out, it shot up to around $100 so they could milk it for their final year. Now the generic is available. My insurance only covers generic Cialis but it's only $10 for 7 pills a month, and it works great. If I don't end up "using it" within the 4-hours that I take it, I can still get an amazingly hard erection 3 days later when I need it, and not have to waste a 2nd pill.

Two doses of 100 mg and you can be asking for trouble. It does drop blood pressure but more important can cause a prolong erection. Although that sounds cool, it is not a pleasant procedure to go to ER to have it taken care of. Also a prolong erection can cause serious problems for our little buddy! It can be very painful with needles injected into our little friend to withdraw blood. I have seen the procedure as I work in healthcare. The nurses get a good chuckle though!! I've been told the new generic drug works just as well as "V" except more prone to headaches. Be safe but more important be smart!!

With a lot of side effects (blue eye, red eye, bad headaches,) no prolonged erections! Now using Trimix, (8 months) 2 1/2 hours of hard fucking, no side effects! Cheaper! Better! Be careful, drop in blood pressure?

Testimonials like this are why I only trust what I can get at the walk-in pharmacy, and not through the mail. Now that they have gone generic, it's much more affordable. Just ask your Dr. For a script. If it not effective for you, ask to increase the dosage. Yeah they might want to run a testosterone blood test first, so just do it and have fun fucking with your new raging hardon!

M2.[/QUOTE]My own "mix" is to take 50 mg sildenafil and 10 mg tadafil (Cialis). No headaches, a bit of nose stuffiness (use some nose spray for this). And, don't need any other meds for 48-72 hours for me.

I usually get my meds from JCM pharmacy via mail order (India) and haven't ever had a problem for 5 years of doing that. But, now, you can "see" a doctor online and have a script sent it to a local pharmacy and use GoodRx to get the best price (and the costs are remarkably low). The site "Drsays" charges a flat $35 fee and will send a script to any pharmacy you want. I would not use the "doctor visit" website to buy the drug, its way to expensive buying from them, buy locally.

Remember that in the USA, generic drugs have to "mimic" brand name drugs in terms of amount absorbed (within 80-125% of the brand name) and time of absorption, so generics are generally reliable. That's the FDA rules but other countries also follow those rules in order to sell drugs in the USA.
