Not particularly busy and I heard maybe 2 other people show up once I was in the room. Pretty disappointing as this has been my new favorite as of late.
I think the 2nd SPA you saw down the block is a legit spa for old korean ladies. Maybe look it up on yelp for reviews before going haha. I know cause I have seen it around and googled it once in the past.

Interesting, wonder if its due to the increased exposure from this forum causing more customers coming in and therefor making this more cautious.

That one a 100 ft away is a sauna place called jade sauna and is for women only.
I have gone twice with some teasing but no HE. To bad.

The second time I went I got the same gal and made it pretty clear I was looking for something more, still nothing. Not sure if it's s girl by girl basis.
On a side note, do you guys think the time of day makes a difference on whether HE is a little more forthcoming?
Who pays up-front for the time and who pays after?
I have always paid for the time I wanted upfront then tip after accordingly. But today I did that and after a happy massage I gave her a nice tip and she then asked for the money for the session. I said I gave that to her at the beginning, but she said I did not. So rather than argue and mess up a good spot for myself I just paid it. So she got a really NICE tip. It was still worth it because of how happy it was. But I am now thinking I should just tell her the time I want and pay after. Has anyone ever had a similar experience?

Honestly, massage was great and flip was nice and UTC. Only part I did not like was having to pay twice even after a really nice tip.
Are there any places with a table shower worth visiting?
The place on Mill plain and Leisser had the best table shower I have had in the area. Other services were hit and miss as is with all services dependent on the consistency of the provider. .
