I don't want to call you out of your name or anything but this is borderline snitching. I mean we have all been ripped off before but it's part of the game. You take money out of her pocket by telling us and others you know about the rip-off but going to LEO is...I don't know but it's not good.

My assumption here is that they'd really like to stay in business and would rather not risk having someone go to uncle LEO about anything happening in their club. Those kind of reports tend to rear their ugly head at liquor license renewal time. And we need all the clubs we can get!

All you have to do is to tell the manager that you are calling the police and tell them what happened. A lot of times, they will get the money back or at least some of them. In most cases, the girl will be fired.

Men who go to these strip clubs are "BIG SUCKERS" in the eyes of the strippers. You just happened to be really low hanging fruit waiting to picked. I've been to maybe 2 strip clubs in my life and realized pretty quickly they were a big waste of time and $$$$. I'd take an escort over a stripper any day. I would ask her to give me a short lap dance and then ask her to scr*w me silly.

It's an issue of atmosphere, and not so much how much it costs to get laid (at least for me). Pretty difficult to duplicate an environment where there's alcohol and dozens of nude women walking around and stopping to grind on anyone for a small fee. It's a turn on, and in the process you get worked up and want to fuck in the VIP. Not quite the same as having a single escort. Not saying one is better than the other, it just depends on what you're looking for. Not everyone see one as a substitute for the other, me included.

Be wary of young "providers" at strip clubs who are out to pull a hustle, especially when you've got no prior info telling you that the stripper is not a con artist.

My brother in law is a police officer, and he says that many of their drug dealer arrests come from people who report the dealers after getting angry for being ripped off in a drug deal gone bad... and most of those same people actually [b]ask for the officers to bust the dealer and then give them their money back. Personally I prefer to hang out at strip clubs (more eye candy than hooking up with a single escort), but I absolutely cannot deal with some of the teasing and bullshit that comes with the more upscale strip clubs. So I often end up settling for the lower scale SC's with less bs factor.
