From what I've been told, Century Center is on a mission to shutdown every single AMP operating there. Ambrosia, 109 and 203 are gone and others are already in the crosshairs.
Look for MoonNite to have to move soon and it's likely that other board favorites will like be next and rumors also indicate that Mayflower is being targeted. This explains why some places, like Blue Angel, have established themselves on Vineyard and CC203 girls have moved to Rejuve or taken over Jina's. I wouldn't be surprised if Hello Kitty might also be under threat.
I have been made aware that Ambrosia is till open. Furthermore, Hello Kitty is in no danger of eviction.
Sorry, guys. I still have strong memories of the big purge that happened after the Hula Hands closure. So, I tend to assume the worst.
Asian massage parlors and relaxation parlors are all legal in Hawaii

Sorry, guys. I still have strong memories of the big purge that happened after the Hula Hands closure. So, I tend to assume the worst.
Everyone stop already, massage parlors and relaxation establishments are all legal. Check the DCCA registration for all your favorite man cave. All registered and legal for business according to the State of Hawaii. There is nothing illegal about having sex in your bedroom, in your hotel room that you paid the HF at the front desk, or at Empire where you pay for use of the room. Having sex is legal as long as it is not coerced, as long as a menu with price is not discussed. However, it is unlawful to engage in sexual acts such as a HJ at a registered massage therapy establishment as per DCCA regulations. That is why HE are sometimes challenging to obtain form a licensed massage therapist. The legislature can't make it illegal for us to give our girlfriends some money in appreciation for loving us so passionately. LOL. Otherwise LE will have to arrest my secretary for prostitution for accepting money from me. Hahaha, I should stop before I get tagged with a sexual harassment lawsuit! AMP--It's all legal in Hawaii so no shame (walk up the stair of shame or the elevator of shame with head held high, smile at the security camera) unless you have some moral issues and have the need to confess to your clergy; in which case you are engaged in the wrong hobby.
Happy hunting.

Re: Paying AMP Providers In Advance
Never give the tip until you are done with the girl.
Good advice.
That's been emphasized on the forum again and again over the years, and guys have often reported unfavorable results when doing the opposite.
As posted by Kapalua years ago:
"In my opinion it's preferable to not pay the 'tip' in advance at an AMP, and that's my policy. If an AMP provider requests advance payment of the tip, a customer can show her that he has the money and then explain (in a polite and friendly manner) that the amount of the 'tip' will depend upon the quality of the service. If a provider refuses to proceed without advance payment of the tip, a customer can ask the mama for a different provider or simply leave that AMP. In my opinion it's better to limit the loss to $50 than risk losing the full $200. If the tip is paid in advance, then what the provider in this case said is often true: 'she can do whatever she wants' and doesn't have to 'care about what the customer's expectations or wants are'. A customer's advance payment of the tip shifts the balance of power completely to the provider".
