I've said before that ever since the whole prevalence of open BBFS, I have seen myself and others have posted reports of catching something more frequently now. I got the worst case last year with gonorrhea with me pissing out literal blood. It was quite possibly one of the most painful things I've experienced physically in awhile. That took 2-3 weeks to recover but it's an experience I'll never forget. I also remember catching Chlamydia in the period of 2019-2021.
