Sounds like mama was paranoid of something that day. Where there any other cars in the parking lot when you left or just you? I can only guess mama saw something on the surveillance cams outside, possibly the vehicles you mentioned and she assumed a raid was coming thus ending your session quickly. They were most likely running your tags hoping to find something to pull you over for. I have no doubt uncle is watching closer than ever before due to the ATL incident. Also possibly a community activist group trying to clean up the area. They could be videoing customers and posting on a website to embarrass patrons. They did that in many communities to get rid of street walkers all over the country including Cleveland.

I pulled out and withing 30 seconds, I had a blue Explorer about 6' from my bumper for about a mile before he finally turned off. It spooked me enough to lay low for about a month. And yes that does seem fishy but if they had evidence on you they would have got you then and there.
