I think the trail was tilting to the south this morning and had many SW veering that direction. There was a meeting of the Poon at the Intersection next to BB at 10:30 this morning. I saw and later picked up Alex with the eye tattoos at 23rd and by the time I circled around, she was now at 25th. There are some patterns that are fairly predictable like after bad weather breaks, when it's checkout time at the hotels, or when it's really nice out. The rest of their time is dictated by either candy need or handler's demands. As to researching arrests, you'd have to her have real and full name, not to mention it can take time to look up arrest reports, especially if she's been arrested in a different county. If you don't mind taking the time and engaging in some amount of risk, those suggestions all have some amount of validity to them. However, if you're like me and need to be more risk averse, you're following Grain's suggestion and bailing once it's clear she wants to talk from outside the car. LE is almost never getting in the car as that increases the risk for the UC, they're going to engage you in conversation from outside and you'll get popped very soon thereafter. If she won't get in the car to take a drive (which is perfectly legal), she's quite likely LE and you should just drive away, the longer you stay and converse, the more likely it is that you'll be getting arrested. Even if the evidence is insufficient for a conviction or even a prosecution, you're still going through the hassle of an arrest, posting bond and having your info all over the internet. To be clear, I'm not saying TO is incorrect, I'm merely suggesting that those suggestions carry more risk than just bailing and moving onto the next potential SW. Just my two cents!

No exceptions. Pretty much everyone knows the rules. In theory. But when you're in that situation it's not as easy as you think it will be. The situation unfolds quickly and the UC will not directly ask you what you want or how much you want to pay. As I recall the opening question was "do you have somewhere to go near here". Most people will probably say yes to see what they come back with. No harm in seeing what's on offer, right? But now you're in conversation (probably recorded) and it's harder to analyze all the implications of everything you say in real time as the dialog continues.

Yes, it sounds dumb but I'm sure all the gents whose photos were given to the press thought that they were just going to start with some innocent banter and to gauge things as they progress. But they ended up saying enough that they got arrested, which is punishment enough.

My feeling is that the minimum level of security is to only start a discussion once you're a block away driving down the road. I don't think a female UC would take that kind of risk. A male, maybe. As I recall the Cryin' Beggar got busted after they were on the road well away from the pick up.

The main thing is to decide where the line is and don't make exceptions in the hope that you'll recover the situation if it starts going bad.

My experience in Orlando with a John sting was early on in my mongering days in Orlando and luckily I had read enough of the Forum to make the right call on the spot. A better-than-should-be woman was out on 25th on the WEST side of Nashville (well off the normal path) and I cruised her by on Nashville twice. On the second pass, she made a "waving me over" motion. I made a UTurn and approached her with my window down. She was clean, had nice clothes, she had on a sleeveless top and had bigger than you'd expect guns (muscled arms). Her hair was nice but she appeared to have on an Kevlar vest under her clothes which I found most odd. I didn't take the time to count her teeth or have her do a 23 & me Genealogy test, but I also noticed she wasn't moving towards the passenger door but to the drivers door.

As she approached, I processed all the data in my mind in seconds. Something was amiss. She said hey what's up? And What do you want? Without batting an eye I said to her that I didn't want anything, that "you motioned me over from afar and I thought you were in trouble or something so I came over to check on you since this was a bad area to be hanging out in. " All she said back was "MOVE ON!" LOL.

I then saw several marked and unmarked cars parked over towards Michigan a few blocks away just waiting for the trap to snap. From that moment on, I never even thought of negotiation outside the car UNLESS I was 100% positive of the girl. If a girl makes suggestions from outside the car, I say no thanks, that's not why I am here and I move on. I may have missed some good ones over the years by moving on, but I've kept my nose clean!

I called Danni and arranged for an afternoon dream with her. She had me pick her up and drop her off near the FL Mall. As usual, Danni was awesome. She says that she's going to "detox," any day now.

Anyhow, we saw over a dozen different girls out today. Probably 9 WSW's, 2 HSW's and a couple of BSW's. Pretty much all of them were decent-looking and scroggable. There was one taller, thin, blond that was very pretty. Even Danni exclaimed: "that girl is so pretty. I don't know her but I'd like to. ".
