As you may notice, several Thai massage places has moved out of CC in recent months.

Of course they are some amazing providers their so it will be hard to stay away.

Beyond legitimate massage, MT places only do lewd behavior (eg HJ) at most.
They probably don't want to get caught up in the gossip and don't care what becomes of those girls, though they may be interested in units that become available.

There are families with young children and women living alone in that building, and until the fob system kicks-in at night, anyone from off the street can approach any unit on just about any floor except the penthouse. When a business vacates and the unit is then occupied by a resident, it is undesirable to have strange men ringing the doorbell. This problem can be exacerbated at night when would-be customers are intoxicated or high, as some non-CC girls frequently encounter. There would also be noise complaints such as drama, people not keeping their voice down, etc.
So, I can understand why something like this may finally be coming about. Even if not, and as always, be careful at CC.

CC might be filtering out massage establishments by whether they have legitimate licenses and are registered with DCCA as a massage business. So legitimate massage businesses do not have anything to fear. I would also assume legitimate business can sue CC if financial harm were caused.

I'm a long time closet monger. No, not that closet, as in I've been lurking on this forum on and off for years but have never actually provided a review. I've only really mongered a handful of times, maybe 5 all together, but I constantly think about it. I frequent BP and this forum to gather some data for when I do make my infrequent visits. I figure I've drawn enough information from this forum that I owe my own review as some sort of payment. Before I continue, please go easy, my first review and all and my memory is a little fuzzy from the pitchers of beer. And thank you to all you loyal monger types who post making this an awesome resource.
Okay, well a few weeks ago, a friend of mine was in town and we decided after a few beers to go stimulate the local economy while paying homage to the world's oldest and most important profession. We first went to Top Spa to check their line up but it was pretty grim. All older ladies who looked like the 4th string, definitely not worthy of the name "top" spa, at least during that time. It was fairly early on a Saturday night, maybe 8:00 pm. I was checking out BP and saw an ad for a MP at century center. I can't recall the name but it was on the 33rd floor. It was on the later side so we had to leave an I'd at the desk downstairs which made me nervous but I got it back so it worked out. We called up and Mama came down to pick us up. Frickin mama came with a little dog and damn she was smoking hot. Maybe it was the beers or eating the same cereal for many years but she looked good. She bent over to put her dog down and wasn't wearing a bra, damn what a nice real set she had. I was tempted to ask her if I could make an appointment with her! They had a small line-up, only seen 2 girls but they were both hot. I chose Summer (I believe). This despite the spoon being always sealed. Just never a good feeling.
The gals that allow me to experience that 60 minutes of GFE HJ. They are certainly a gem. However, it requires a lot of effort to cut and Polish them in the image that your fantasy relishes. And knowing that I may be one of a very few that are allowed the privilege makes the experience worth the money and effort. Yes, money. It's still a fantasy and still a business deal. They may leave licensing issues at MT places for the DCCA, when customers complain about it. Mongers only care if the girl is fun (except for Legit Thread posts) and typically do not express interest in verifying a girl's qualifications.

All I did was to inform you on what I heard on the coconut wireless and from an owner of an unit in that building. Yesterday I had a chat with one of the owners of an AMP at CC, she thanked for my report but she also told me that she has not gotten any notice that she needs to vacate the property. As other writers in this forum wrote, just be a gentlemen or lady like (gender equity) when visiting this building, try not to go to the wrong floor and knock on the wrong door. Be courteous in all public areas and don't act suspicious. We don't want to lose this building that houses establishments for our pleasure, like what happened to the building on Ward Ave. that home the triplex of pleasure. Happy mongering to all and don't stop going to your favorite places at Century Center or any other establishments on Oahu.

If you are going to be close to K spa, Yuri is the bomb. Although I haven't done a report yet, I've repeated twice and had a great time. She loves what she does and will treat you right. They have a big shower, enough to fit two or three actually but its self shower. I didn't ask to shower with Yuri. There's no table to do a table shower and I did self shower. Yuri is about 30-35 yr, slim, A cups but nice body and shape. Lots of DFK, BBBJ, and CFS / BB offered. The entrance is actually in the building next to the one with Papa johns and up the stairwell and directly to your left. Its pretty discreet to go up there. HF. 5 and $50 tip. You will have a great time.
I go to Kison regularly and If you want to be treated like a king, Yoko is the bomb. She's on the older side but in great shape, Lots of the same service Yuri gives and best of all Yoko gives the meanest massage. I always walk out wobbly after. Her service is one of the best around. Overall the service at Kison is great. Women are on the MILF side but the service is top tier.
If you want to experience some hot young girls, Empire is a great place and Ivy really takes care of her customers and makes sure the girls do to. The other places you listed are all good and of course theres that YMMV, but overall you will have a blast. Have fun while in town. We have some of the best places around. Compared to many places out of state that I have tried, the service and girls overall are much better, younger, and provide better overall service for your money.

What I want to do is start at Happiness at the new location, 2nd Top Spa, 3rd Crystal Healing Massage & if I don't get in any of those the next choice is Kison. From what I have read.

Top recommendations would be Dream at Kison, next week Honey returns to Rose, Page at Top Spa then there's Happiness, can not loose with any providers there and Empire. As mentioned Ivy brings the best of the best with Chinese girls to Hawaii for short stints so providers changes month to month.
