They can't just put you in cuffs for visiting someone's room. You could argue out of it easily.
You might beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride. The courts have agreed that a police officer can arrest you if he thinks you broke a law, even if that law doesn't exist.

They are not after you they are after who you are with.
Years ago I went to see a girl by the airport. Apparently the cops were watching her. I drove all the way back downtown and into my parking garage. 2 officers had followed me all the way back and boxed me in. I never noticed them until I got out. Anyway they generally knew what I was doing and gabe me the option of providing a written statement and going to court to testify or they were arresting me. Even though I knew they couldn't prove shit I also knew that they were serious. By rhis time there were 10 or so people watching and I didn't want to get arrested at my office so I wrote out the statement. They called a few days later with the court date. I went but she was a no show. Not sure what happened but that was the end of it.
Wow. I had a near exact same thing happen to me a many years ago. Here's my Law and Order story:
LAW: Get back to office and am being interviewed by 2 plain clothed LEOs. I ask, as I've heard I'm supposed to do, "Am I under arrest? If so, I want an lawyer and have nothing further to say. If I'm not under arrest, then I'm free to go. May I go". LEO said, "You are not under arrest, yet, but that's up to you. We are not investigating you, you were the witness to a crime, if you help our case by writing a witness statement and we won't arrest you. The statement will be your testimony in court, and you won't even have to show up. If you don't cooperate, then you will be arrested right here in your office, your car gets towed to impound, we go downtown for booking, pictures taken and Gotcha published, call your wife to get out, pay $100's to un-impound car, etc. ".
Their shakedown "interview", was really an interrogation highly structured to get me to give up my rights and admit to something, even if I was not guilty of it. We go round and round with me insisting that I'm innocent. . like 45 minutes of this. I plead, "Do you want me to write a false statement?" They boiled it down to, "Yes, just write something cooperative or get arrested. " Arrested for what. . of course, "Bawdy Place. Doesn't matter what may or may not have happened inside the house, we will arrest you for just being there. " So I caved in, and I see now how innocent people get coerced into a confession. . . I asked them what details they wanted on the statement, and I wrote what they told me to write. They dictated, I wrote, signed it, and then they left. I secured a lawyer ($400), told this story, and then I never heard another thing from police. Lawyer said, they continued surveillance for days, got enough statements from guys to build solid case, then arrested the woman.
AND ORDER: Lawyer convinced the not to use my statement in their case. The case went forward and the woman was found guilty of multiple counts of solicitation and bawdy place. And. . all those guys who's statements were used were all arrested at that point because once the provider was found guilty, then those guys had all admitted to solicitation. Their "witness statements" in one case, became lock tight confessions in their own case. Statute of limitations is several years.
You might beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride. The courts have agreed that a police officer can arrest you if he thinks you broke a law, even if that law doesn't exist.
Yup, that's what the lawyer said.
Lessons learned:
#1 Avoid providers in homes or motels where the door is visible from the street.
#2 If you do leave a door visible from the street, don't go straight home or office, go to a fast food or grocery parking lot or something like that, park, and wait for 1 minute to see if you were being followed.
#3 If you do get stopped by LEO, lawyer up immediately, and say nothing other than, "you made a mistake, it wasn't me, I wasn't there, I don't know what you are talking about, you are talking to the wrong person, and I have nothing further to add until after I speak with a lawyer" and still expect to be arrested, and have troubles associated with unhappy LEOs and a future court date.
You might beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride. The courts have agreed that a police officer can arrest you if he thinks you broke a law, even if that law doesn't exist.
That's not 100% how that works, but hey man you do you.
That's not 100% how that works, but hey man you do you.
The Supreme court declared that an officer's reasonable mistake of law does not mean the arrest violated the 4th amendment. Now we all know how broad reasonable is. Heien v. North Carolina.
With the exception of lying to you about your rights, Police can lie to you about anything. Everything TodaysNooner documented LE said could all be boldface lies and it wouldn't matter in court. You confess, well you've confessed. They can even ignore your request for a lawyer! We can all say just shut your mouth but many will start thinking about the wife or the job finding out and you blab.
That's not 100% how that works, but hey man you do you.
Well, one would hope it doesn't work that way but.

I actually have been enjoying this stay home order. My debauchery has increased due to options being out there. Plus the extra monies received by government and my job has been put to good use keeping a few young ladies lights on.
I'm running out of stories to tell. About where I been and why it took me so long to get home.
I'm trying to figure out why these hoes are asking top dollar for a dream yet they look like the bottom of the barrel. This shit is getting crazy, do they look in the mirror or are my fellow mongers actually entertaining this bullshit? Some realignment has to happen at some point because it's getting out of hand.
I'm inquiring on how I can get my hands on the blue vitamins or better yet get some from one of you guys. DM me whatever info any of you may have on that; it would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure to ask for the generic version. Then go visit goodrx.com and find the closest and cheapest pharmacy. Usually, less than 75 cents per dose. That is what I did. For me, Kroger pharmacy was the cheapest.

Girls coming in asking $$hh or $$$hr or above with a weak menu alone, before we even comment about the pics. I am certainly not enabling this behavior.
