I almost always go for two shots. Happy start and happy finish. Usually I let them lead the first time so they get to know me. The second time is when I request multiple. Occasionally there is an upcharge, but not usually. And I usually do 120-160/ hr total. Note is for an HJ / edging finish, usually with prostate for the last one.

There are usually multiple AMPs within a few blocks of any of the major casinos. All of them that I visited had basic service at the basic prices.
