Nice place, VIP is very $$$, I don't know how a high end club will work in this town. IMHO Venom tried to be high end, and nobody was showing up so they switched back to what was working for the CS.

CT has a run of bad publicity, first it was a near fatal gang-banger shooting and then they had several doormen / employees busted for selling drugs. It was apparently a 4 month investigation and most likely the caught girls doing other things but there was no prosecution / arrest other than for drugs, I think the ABC was going to yank the license at least for a while, but then the City decided it might yank it cabaret permit, so the owner was probably forced to sell. Christie's ownership have bought several "troubled" cabarets in Phoenix and turned them around. The Good one were kept and the others were re-sold or branded under other names and resold.
The thing about Christies is that they vet the employees like Doorman, Bouncers, Kitchen staff and Bartenders, but not so much the Dancer. It seems its always easier to keep the girls in line at least from from dealing drugs, than for the other employees. As they have never been prosecuted by Sheriff Joe for dealing and so they are pretty much left alone. I've had FS in the upstairs lounge at the thirty second street club on more than one occasion. Pricey but the girls were hot, so they are not always vigilant on the girls. They do like to though as upscale and a "Gentlemen's" club, so I expect them to upgrade the club. It might not be so bad, but as they were a troubled bar, expect vigilance and no hanky-panky for a while.

He wanted to see all the strip clubs in town so we made the rounds. I told him Turbulence was all nude, but when we had been there for a couple of songs, it became clear is was only topless. They met the regulations for adult business's though, and so opened as a nude bar. So the citizens in the area got nekkid dancing girls anyway. After a year or two. Resistance died down the club re-applied and their were no protests so the license was approved.
Liquor licenses are a bigger hammer for police and the community anyway. The AZ liquor board is still underfunded and there are not as many inspectors as there once was, but communities and the police can still forward their investigative findings of misdeeds to the Liquor Board and they can open up a hearing as to whether or not suspend or revoke the license. The November Bar chose to give up topless dancing (on stage) and only offered so-called bikini dancing, which is not subject to adult business regulations, and I know not what goes on in the VIP. , after a spate of gang-banger shooting at that bar. Almost every Topless bar in Tucson has been under the gun at leat once and most know now how to avoid the most egregious mistakes.
Then again it comes down to employees and you customers. The Dusk til Dawn topless bar in Huachuca City closed down after the base put it off-limits to military personnel when the bouncers there didn't sequester some gang-members and Military resulting in a death off-premise. There was no punishment by any civil authorities, but without the Military. No customers, no business, and no more bar.
I've been thinking that The Boat is the best place in town these days. Free admission to the Champagne room = better value than anywhere else right now. Hot girls who are playful work there too. I'm digging a gal named Blaze right now.
I can have fun at TD's West too, which is closer to where I live. But the fee for VIP area adds to the cost unnecessarily. Venom seems cool, but similarly pricey because of what the club charges to enter the various private areas.

But, the last time I was there about 6 months ago they changed the policy and had a bouncer constantly in the VIP area while we were in there and they were watching, so very little extra fun time. Made for simply a very expensive but closer dance. No HJ, BJ, or FS as had been available a year or more or so. Now, that was 5 monhts ago. Has the policy of constant watching changed. Will agree. Lowest prices. And I always found a good choice of girls I connected with.

It has gone through many different names and ownerships over the years but got nicknamed "the Boat" long ago and the name has stuck. Yes, that could be confusing to someone new to Tucson.

Ok, so I am new to this board I have been know to post at another board claiming to The Ultimate List of SC's but wow a couple of minutes here and I clearly see what I have been missing. So the Special lady friend is going out of town for a couple of days and I am going to try my damnedest to make the most out of it. I am looking for some advice here's my caveats.
I like white girls.
I don't like fake boobs.
And over use of black lights will chase me out of a place quicker than an over aggressive bouncer. (so no curves or raiders)
I look forward to being a productive member here.

So my SO left town for business which left me with some time on my hands. I remember coming here on some Sundays after getting off from the smoke shop and thought why the hell not. As I am rolling up I see the sign says Ciroc party $5 Ciroc shots, while I feel the French don't know how to make vodka and really don't feel like giving P Diddy any of my money, it still seemed like a decent deal.
As I enter there is a door girl who says no cover tonight but you can buy a $5 wrist band that gets you $2 ciroc shots all night. SUPER tempting, but I hesitate for a second and she says you can always come back up here later and by one if you want. At that point I say cool and proceed to get carded and wanded by the bouncer, as I step into the main area I can see it is PACKED! There are so many people in there you would be hard pressed to tell it was a strip club as it seemed more like a go go club with so many people just drinking cheap booze and few people paying attention to the gorgeous naked lady on the stage. Until the end of her set when 2 guys made it rain.
Well as I sat there for about 30 min the waitress never came by, well she did but only to wipe down the table never to be seen again or to take a drink order. As the night progressed it got more thugtastic, and less fun for me. I am not going to make it rain It just looks stupid when a 30 something white guy tries. So I pulled up steaks and decided to go to tens (also a bad idea on a Sunday night) as I was walking out past a line I saw some cops in the parking lot and decided I made the correct decision.
So on the advice of D Dog, after the quick trip to Venom, I decided to roll on over to tens. Picked up a weekly to see if there was a free cover coupon (what can I say I am cheap when it comes to paying bullshit covers). There was but when I handed it the door girl she informed me that tonight was a "promoter", WTF did that mean, well come to find out it is this crap they are calling sucio sundays with a real dj and it is like a fancy night club going on in there. I am too old, too broken, and too jaded to put up with the bullshit of a dance club / night club. I will try to hit them up during the day but on a Sunday night after 10pm (when sucio sundays starts) I will just stay home with a sixer of beer, that was bullshit waste of a trip to the SC.
So in the latest installment of my sc bender I went to TDE. Where a decent looking lady named Autumn who had a very handsy sales pitch came to ask if I wanted a dance. How could I say no. Once she starts it rapidly degrades at one point she is rubbing her boobs in my face and then just holds it there right in front of my lips so after a couple of moments I figure she wants me to do something so I roll my lips on her nipple and then off and she starts "dancing" again. The song is over and I reach for my wallet to indicate that she needs to leave. I hand her fee for the dance then she starts going on about how I owe her more for the extras (she wants double) half way the next song I gave her a dollar and told her to go the fuck away.
In hind sight once the little brain stopped doing the thinking I realized she showed all the tell tale signs of knowing where to find an oil burner. I did work at a smoke shop and I should have known better.

Let me caveat my statement post facto by saying all the above clubs really need to be visited in the afternoon. Didn't really say that previously as it has been stated ad nauseum on the forum in the past. Sorry to hear of the lame times. But in the afternoon in any of those three clubs (the earlier the better) you will at the very least get your dick sucked.

I know that the afternoon is where it is at for anybody who isn't a kid trying to make the scene. However when you have to take the GF to the air port at 5pm you really can't hit up a club earlier than 5:30 and no one ever wants to go to turbulence (made that mistake once, seeing the high school parking permit in the parking lot was a turn off).
I also thought maybe people might want to know about Tens being turned into a dance club on Sunday nights (I was more shocked by the choice of management to do something like that). Also Venom's ciroc party had plenty of civilian ass too be had, If I were 5-10 years younger I would have had some fun no cabana needed. Since I never came across any of these tid bits of info while looking back through the last 6 months of posts I figured I would share.

You're better off during the day, earlier the better.

Additionally, ever girl is different. Some more commercial, some trolling for business out of the club, lots of differing agendas. To be honest, the most consistent service I have had has been at the boat, where Saturday or especially Sunday afternoon has led to lots of extras and draining for me in VIP. In terms of the cleanest girls my choice has been the old Curves, knowing few to no extras are on tap in the club, but much service offered out of the club. Lastly, if you are looking for service at night I find it best to not go to a SC on a Thur, Fri, or Sat night as you are walking into high population competition for service. Wasted dollar nights essentially. I often go after U of A basketball games on weeknights and have had good luck and some great service. YMMV is always the rule of thumb. It is a SC...not Backpage, not SW, where everyone knows where the dream is headed up front.

Especially at the TDE club.
