The tip isn't mandatory, it's only if you want the ending. That's at least how it was when I saw her last summer.
I was reading some old posts, and saw that there used to be a place called May Spa in Waltham that got good reviews. Well, I believe that this is now called Lee's. It's on South Street. They are in the Phoenix, non-adult section.
I went there and was brought to a nice private room, and temperature was perfect. I was left to undress and drape with the clean, warm towel. I think the table/bed was heated, too!
I'm embarrassed to say that I never caught the name of the gal doing the massage, but she kinda gave me impression that she was the owner (Lee? ).
Let me give you the good news first: She did a hard massage that rivaled any that I've had. Got every muscle, and she was very strong, clearly well-trained. She asked about whether she was hurting me, if she was getting the right spots, etc. While on stomach, she did legs, butt, and feet as well.
Now the bad news: after I flipped, she did more great massage, but kept towel over the li'l guy. Actually, she did every inch of me EXCEPT there, and although at times the towel was barely covering me, it never came off. She did such a good job, that I did have wood a couple times, but it did not phase her.
Short story: they do not seem to offer HE at this place (and I actually asked for it- rejected but not insulted either way). Don't think I was rejected because they thought I was first-time or LE. I just think it's legit place.
If anyone has info to the contrary, please respond in a post.
Back to the good news: She charged $60 for an hour, and I easily got 70 minutes, maybe more, with no interruptions. I was almost asleep before the flip. Tipped $15 (total $75) and she was happy.
So, if you want a really, really good massage but without the HE, go for Lee's. Otherwise, I say go to WW about 1/4 mile away.

CLARIFICATION:
I just figured it out - we have been talking about rude girl(s) and such at Beijing in Arlington, and I was confusing it with another one, closer to the High School. I drove by there today, and it's called BodyTune - 828 Mass Ave.
This is the place that I went, and was told I could DIY when I tried to get extras.
Another monger said that there was hot air blowing up from floor, and the "rooms" were separated by shabby walls, and the doors were just folding doors like on your closet. That matches my experience.
Stay away from BodyTune unless you want to hear what's going on in the next booth, and still not get any happy returns.

You can read my posts about Lily's, I initially had a great run with Amy and then she stopped doing HE, saying the boss doesn't let her. Ironically, I had a HE from the boss (at that time, her name was Bonnie) but I could not get back to what I had for a year before.
Amy gives a great massage, and if you go there for just her massage, don't ask for deep tissue. They charged .8 instead of .6 for a "regular" massage and Amy gives the same massage. If you ask for it hard, she'll beat the crap out of ya (I lurv that)

I visited the place in Randolph today, off exit 5a, that advertises on CL. Walked in and was introduced to the "new girl" (forget her name, sorry, but she said she arrived yesterday from Miami). I'm guessing she was in her 20's, much younger than any other girls I've seen their in the past. She was cute with a nice bod. The massage was very good and on the flip some nice teasing before starting the HE. Plenty of roaming allowed and I sucked on her nice nips. Damage was. 7 house plus. 4 tip.

I have been twice, the boss was a very attractive Chinese woman in her 40's tall and slim, very easy on the eyes. Both times no HE and second time sort of teasing on my upper thighs, but no ending. Have not gone back since and don't plan to either.

Had a good visit with Angel. For my money and from what I have read on these boards, she is the best value out there. I almost went there when the original post for this place was running (they had a $60 special rate). I never made it but will post if I beat you there.
The new "Thai meet Boston" makes me think no joy to be had, they want the $80 a visist because they know you wont be back.

So I went to centennial and picked Becky. Becky is probably one of the most attractive women working at centennial. She has a 10 body, with the face of Cameron Diaz. I visited WW last week. I had called ahead to make an appt with Jessica. When I got there a woman (turned out to be Amy) greeted me at the door and took me into the room. She asked if I called for appt and I told her yes .
Although I had been there before, I wasn't sure which was Jessica so the fool that I am, I assumed (yes, I know) that it was Jessica. Massage was OK. Roaming was allowed but not below because Aunt Flo was visiting (thanks for showing me Amy, yuck)
Massage was OK ... and had to encourage a HE. When she agreed, she went out of the room for a few minutes and came back with the famous Saran Wrap. She used it for a couple of minutes very effectively but wouldn;t finish that way. Insisted on finishing with her hand. Hinted that more is possible in the future.
I'm gonna give it one more try in the hope that I can get Jessica. At least this time I know what Amy looks like so I can be more insistant ...

This is Jolins newest place. She was training the crew in Braintree a few weeks back. The trainees I saw were mostly white young things. Not sure who made the grade.

Ventured over to WW and had one of the best massage ever from a young gal Xiao Lin, never seen her before. A young beauty, 8-9, and strong like you wouldn't believe. I love heavy duty work and she delivered. The ending was spectacular. She gave me her home phone number and her English was really good. I know some have not had a good experience but this place almost always delivers in a crunch. Great massage first, treated like a king (help you put your shirt, socks, shoes on, bottled water to go) and lots of hugs on the way out. Jessica came out and gave me a big hug. While she is on my boycott list if you catch her she gives good service. Success has gone to her head and she doesn't return calls. I did catch her one day just to tell her she is on my boycott list (yes I told her this over the phone) to get my point across that you shouldn't piss off those that made you what you are today. She invited me in that day buy I do have my principles and I did want her to get the point with hopes that she would straighten up. That said, this could be right up your alley if she delivers her services as I knew them. Sweet memories.
Reading back over even just the last year and a half of posts, it's been pretty well documented, and not just for FY:
1) you're not likely to get HJ/BJ/FS on a first visit. Maybe not even on your second visit, either. If they do, they're taking a huge risk. It's all about regulars with many of these places.
2) The girls aren't required to give *anyone* more than a massage. It's 50% what the mamasan tells them, and 50% if they get their own vibe from you or not.
3) What you're gonna get is dependent on the girl. Even as discussed at WW, some like what one girl offers over another. The same holds true at FY. You may have simply gotten a cautious gal, a conservative gal, or both.
As for the "tease": my first 2 visits to FY were 100% DIY. The first visit (summer '07, I think), the girl even pretended "eew, a penis!" The second time, she had a big smile on her face. Ever since my "initiation" of sorts, I've been a very, very, very happy regular. It's the nature of the beast, it's bound to happen. If the "tease" weren't to happen, FY would have bound to be shut down long ago.
That being said... now that I'm a regular, if suddenly I was back to no-extras or DIY, I'd be ranting like crazy on this board. But they're not required to give me anything, I'm instead thankful they feel safe enough with me to allow the extras to occur as I do return time and time again.
My two cents, mean no offense... but I'd have thought by now I am kinda stating the obvious here, yes?

I went there last week. She's attractive' late thirties (guess) very nice and gives a good massage. The downside. The massage "room" (cutained off corner) is frigging freezing! And the massage table is about two feet wide and five feet long. I'm a pretty big guy and I struggled to balance on it. Bottom line. Until they get a table and turn on the heat I won't go back.

I find that confidence is everything. Of course I've been here before, had a great time and that's why I came back. Did you remodel? Things look different, maybe that's why I don't where the bathroom is. Is Amy (or other common name) still here? One of the reasons I get great service at WW is the very first time I got there early and met Jessica. As you can imagine she was hesitant about a first timer. I told her the reason I was there early on a Sunday morning was I wanted to stop before I got my coffee to see if she wanted coffee, tea or anything. It may seem corny but she gave me great service the first day. The other funny thing that happened the second time I was there is Amy had a broken DVD player she got at Foxwoods but didn't know how to return it and it was beyond the 60 day return period. You know these gals don't speak English very well so it became apparent she wanted help. When I was done I called the manager of the store at Foxwoods and got them to give her 30 extra days to sway for a new one or get a credit on her credit card. I think the point is well taken that many of these gals have had hard lives and been mistreated so if you treat them with a little kindness it pays dividends and as a side benefit you get good Karma. Sorry for the long post. Of course, all of my kindness to Trish has resulted in being treated like crap.

Despite your aversion to 50 year olds, one of my main reasons is that an older woman with small firm boobs is much more appealing than what gravity does over the decades to large mammories.

Three weeks ago I had made an early afternoon appointment to see Angel, and even left my name to reserve the time. After having issues with Amy I decided to see how Angel was. I got to the office at the appointed time, and when I walk in there was Amy pointing me to go into her room. I said that I had made an appointment to see Angel, so Amy said something to Angel through Angel's door. I was asked if I could come back in a half an hour and I agreed.
I killed a half hour walking around, and headed back to the location. As I walked to the building another person was parking their car in the lot ready to head up. Great, there's gonna be someone else waiting for Amy in the waiting room, but at least I had my appointment. I had to go to the bathroom, so I made a quick stop there and headed back down the hall to the office.
When I entered, I saw the guy who had been parking his car in there, standing near Angel's room and facing the wall like the guy in the last scene of the Blair Witch Project. Angel saw me walk in and said: "Oh oh." She had canceled my appointment and somehow had quickly taken this guy as the next appointment. She said she thought I was going to cancel, despite me being there on time. She tried to have me reschedule for an hour later, but at that point I just walked out and went home. she wanted to wait a total of an hour and a half after I had scheduled my original appointment like my time was nothing, but I had wasted enough time.
That's when I decided not to waste any more time going to Angel's. Not that it matters much, because they are so busy and crowded my business won't be missed at all. But they are double booking and don't care to keep the appointments made. I waste my time to go from the North Shore to Quincy, just to have them play games. It's not worth it and it seems like you'd have just as much luck walking in there without an appointment as trying to make one.
So now I decided to try someone at Salem Street in Malden after a long absence (made an appointment). Previous visits had been with an older massage person, but I wanted to see if anything had changed. I walked in and saw they had made a change; they put up a curtain so that you couldn't see straight down the hall to the rooms like you used to when you first walked in.
Someone came from the back when I walked in and told them I had an appointment. They showed me to a room and as I walked back, I saw two younger Asian women walking in the hall. So before I gave them my money I asked who I would be seeing, totally prepared to walk away if it was the older mamasan (who was there as well). One of the younger ones was pointed out (Amy) and I stayed. Paid .7 for the hour to the house.
Amy's massage was okay, and she was nice looking. Despite her getting physical at times (her sitting on my back, then leaning her breast right on my head as she massaged my back) she never took off her clothes, and did not allow roaming. Too bad, because she was real cute, had a nice body and was in her 20's I'd guess.
After about 25 minutes or so, I encouraged her to go for other areas because I wanted to see if I could have two pops. She had me flip over, and she went to work on the HE. It was a nice technique, and it ended fairly quick. Like I said there was no roaming, and unfortunately there was only one go-around. So I got a massage on my arms, legs and chest the rest of the time and off I went. tip was .4 .
I got the impression she wouldn't be there for long, but unlike Angel's at least I could get in. Also unlike Angel's there wasn't much in the way of extras, so hopefully I can find a place closer to the North Shore, but more action for the money.
