Found myself in Speedway on a late Friday evening with a little time to kill and decided to stop by Venus. This had never been one of my favorite clubs; I can appreciate a dive but this always was a pretty deep one. Scoped the joint from inside the front door, was immediately not impressed, sat down at the bar stool nearest the door and waited a minute or so for the bartender to appear. Bbf has some good house moms and they don't put up with the BS. As we all know the girls come and go its just the nature of the business. Of course, they all do it anyway, but a smart club owner will tell his staff not to admit that.

I would suggest simply calling the club ahead of your visit. They've always been happy to tell me who's currently logged in / working. Barring that, asking the dancer "When can I see you again?" doesn't hurt a bit, and the answer might even be "after my shift.".

Some dancers have worked at clubs for years. Some come and go weekly. The clubs don't even know the girls schedules even if they are on a schedule. It's all a consequence of the night before they are supposed to work as to whether they got drunk, high, car broke down, BF beat them, kids got sick, etc. The only way to know a dancers schedule is by getting to know the dancer. If she tells you a schedule then she wants you to come back. If she doesn't tell you her schedule, then she doesn't have one, many don't depending on the club, or she really doesn't want you to come back. I always ask how long she has been dancing; which clubs; how long at this club; does she have or like regulars. Of course there is always the easy way, after several dances with some hot action in the back, just ask if she does private parties. Depending on the answer take it from there. Of course just because she says she does doesn't mean she will. One thing is for sure. If she says "Yes honey, lets go do some more dances and talk about it" you know you have hit the jackpot for a sure thing! (sarcasm)

If I do multiple couch dances with a dancer and buy her a couple of drinks she seems to always offer me her number. Not only that, the girl usually tries to get me to text her right away so she has my number. Then I get texts throughout the week,"hi sweetie, what are you doing tonight? You should come see me". This is how they make money. If you're just getting dollar dances she's probably not going to offer the digits. I don't know about their schedule, hell, its hard for them to stay at the same place, let alone keeping a consistent schedule. Another reason its good to have their number.

It's boring to them but I work in accounting so it's interesting to me and they answer my questions to humor me because they want me to like them enough to buy lap dances off them.
