A man is hospitalized in critical condition after he was dragged by a car near the SLS Las Vegas on Sunday morning, according to Las Vegas police.

The man was chasing a woman alleged to have stolen jewelry from him inside a hotel in the 2600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Chris Holmes said about 11:30 am Sunday.

The woman jumped into a vehicle driven by a male on Las Vegas Boulevard, outside the hotel. Police believe the man driving the vehicle may have been a pimp, and the woman who got into the car may have been a prostitute, Holmes said.

The man who chased the woman from the hotel was dragged by the car for about 100 feet on Las Vegas Boulevard North, Holmes said. It appeared he was holding onto the car or was somehow "tangled up" on the side of it.

"He was on the hood at one point," Holmes said.

He was taken to University Medical Center in critical condition. He was still alive as of Sunday afternoon, but homicide detectives took over the investigation, Lt. Ray Spencer said.

The driver and the woman fled. Las Vegas police are searching for a white Mercedes.

Actually you don't have to be experienced to know that you don't leave valuables around when you let a stranger into your home or hotel room. Sure there are many crack heads out there but there are lots of girls on the streets that just saw some sucker in a casino that you can get for less than half of what he paid. I saw one yesterday, met her on Trop, got her number and saw her a couple of days later. She works the casinos, posts online and charges about twice as much as what I paid. Tell them you have a bachelor party later, etc. You may need to ask a few first before you find one or two willing to show up-but be prepared to spend a little first to show you're serious. Just returned from my favorite city in the world and have some information I am willing to share.

Had a great time in Vegas as I always do. Gambling, strip clubs, food, women. Had it all this week!

First lady is a very hot Casino girl that I met in the south strip casino where I was staying. Interesting find because I have never seen a casino girl in this particular casino where I have stayed several times. Another interesting aspect is it was 1 am and the casino was relatively dead so she was sticking out like the proverbial sore thumb. She was devouring some pizza when I saw her sitting at a slot machine. Walked up to her and asked her if that was good. She laughed and said it was. Then of course the standard questions. Where you from, what do you do, are you staying here, are you LE or Casino Security, etc. She is thin with a very pretty face, lots of tats and a pretty cool attitude but unfortunately a case of GPS so I did not partake.

Second lady is a long legged blond with nice man made D cups that I met at the casino on Tropicana where she was staying. We sat and played Keno as she said she had a system to win but after $100 dollars fed into an electronic Keno machine yielded nothing we discussed details. Alas she also suffered from GPS and I did not partake.

Third lady is a pretty but chunky, short blond with very nice and very firm natural D's that I met at Walmart of all places. No full service as she is very self conscious about her body, thick short legs and very big but pretty firm ass. She said her specialty was oral and she delivered on that specialty. Whenever I travel, I spend a few hours here on the section of the city I'm visiting and post for assistance. I also identify a couple of guys who seem to have the most knowledge, PM them requesting info. I've had some great times doing this.

Had that guy or you done the same, you too would have had a great time and avoided problems. Like anything in life. If you are unprepared, things usually go bad.
