I knew one who still was in contact with the guy still in jail that she owned her times to. This is nut. The system expect them to find work apparently but at $8/ hours, which is all they can find at some dinner join, how does this work compared to $200 H? And we keep paying taxes for revolving doors. Some could get out of this with the right environment and attitude adjustment from street wise to business wise. I am not talking about the hardcore criminal and frauster here but just the addicts and the working ones surviving and willing to listen. Many of these could make a better life.
